Pacific Natural Foods Rice Non-Dairy Beverage, Low-Fat Vanilla, 32-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)

It works really well as a milk substitute in recipes, and milk drinkers cannot tell that there was a non dairy substitution. It looks like real milk too, so kids don't feel out of place drinking it.
This is the best non dairy milk we have ever tried, Its definitely worth a taste! This rice milk tastes great. It has body to it, unlike other rice milks I've tried that taste watery. Most importantly, it's gluten-free and the manufacturer explictly states so on its website and on the carton. Gluten can be hidden just about anywhere, even in products like rice milk that you would think wouldn't have it and you wouldn't know it even from analyzing the ingredients label (another brand of rice milk advertised on Amazon has gluten). It's odd that the Amazon web page for this product states that it's USDA organic, yet it doesn't put that label on it's carton. They promote their own Certified to the Source program, which seems impressive nevertheless. Finally, the carton itself seems quite sturdy, and I haven't noticed any leaking. I'm surprised this product doesn't have more reviews. I hope it gets more support from consumers because quality gluten-free products like this are hard to find. This is BY FAR the Best Rice Milk we have tried!!! My almost 2 year old has a dairy intolerance, and this has made the Biggest difference for her!! She can now drink "milk" just like her big sister, 5, (who also prefers this particular rice milk to dairy milk!) My daughter is the reason we tried it, but the whole family has made the switch because of the great taste and thicker consistency. We tried numerous brands, and various types of non-dairy milks, but this is the #1 choice for us...without a doubt!!This rice milk is delicious. The vanilla flavor is great, especially for my young daughter (allergies:gluten sensitivity, nuts, seeds and soy). I make pancakes and bake with this milk and no one can tell that I am using a milk substitute. I have tried different brands of rice milk and so far, Pacific has delivered a trustworthy product for my family. This is the best tasting rice milk yet.I've tryed a lot of drinks can't beat this one anywhere.Try it for your self
South Beach Diet Good To Go Cereal Bar, Peanut Butter, 5-Count (Pack of 8)

Pros:
-Only 140 calories and 5 grams of fat; fits my breakfast calorie goals perfectly.
-Contains 9 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber which helped keep me full longer.
-Easy to grab and toss in your purse or carry with you when hunger strikes.
-Tasty for a protein bar; there was a little bit of a grainy texture as there is in most protein bars, but the peanut butter flavor was strong, and the bar was crisp from the crispy rice cereal. There was also a drizzle of peanut butter on the top for peanut butter lovers.
Cons:
-There is a slightly grainy texture to the bar which is to be expected from a protein bar.
-You can't keep them in your car on a cold day. I discovered they were as hard as a rock.
So, weighing the pros and cons, would I purchase these again? I think I would. I did give them four stars rather than five because there is a slightly grainy texture to them, but overall, they fit my nutritional goals and needs.
Additionally, my one-year-old son stole my first bar. I left it unwrapped on the table and came back to find him eating it, so it's safe to say my children will like it too. If my children will eat something healthy, I'm sure to buy it!

I bought this item because I had eaten the original peanut butter protein bar for years, but was sad to see it discontinued, and really happy to see it out again. I ate one and noticed immediately that it tasted totally different. I reside in Canada so I know that south beach was owned by Kraft and this was definately not kraft peanut butter. Sure enought I looked all over the bar and its not made by kraft anymore. Not only that, but its loaded with sugar and carbs which the old bar was not. This was made to be a low carb high protein bar originally and now its just another granola bar. Wont buy again, and am disappointed that this new company would put the South Beach name on a product that is nothing like the original.Read Best Reviews of South Beach Diet Good To Go Cereal Bar, Peanut Butter, 5-Count (Pack of 8) Here
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I really wanted to like this bar, but it failed in many ways. Too much soy, not enough peanut flavor, and basically not tasty at all--more like cardboard, really. It took everything I had to choke it down. The carbs are way high at 16 grams and the sugars are 7 grams, while the protein is only 9 grams. Wow. Nasty. There are better protein bars out there.Want South Beach Diet Good To Go Cereal Bar, Peanut Butter, 5-Count (Pack of 8) Discount?
I love the taste and texture of these bars. However, I liked them a lot better when I could buy them at the grocery store in the "cereal bar" isle for $2.oo to $2.50 a box! They suddenly disappeared, then reappeared in the protein bar isle, at about double the price! I honestly don't see a big difference in the nutritional value of the bar, just a big difference in the price! That's why I ordered them on Amazon, cuz they are slightly cheaper that way, but not enough to make me want to order them again. Amazon did a great job with order/delivery, my frustration is with South Beach.Sanmel-Sweet Smoked Paprika (Pimenton) from Spain 75g

Nature's Path Organic Toaster Pastries, Frosted Berry Strawberry, 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)

I tried Nature's Path Organic Frosted Strawberry Toaster Pasteries simply because "he" threw it into the shopping cart, insisting it had to be good. Oh, well... whatever. At least, it's organic and actually has some real fruit in it.
OK, I weakened during a mid-morning slump and I needed something to go along with my mega-cup of coffee. To my absolute astonishment, it was not just good, but VERY, VERY GOOD!
This product tasted to me like something from a bakery. The crust was flaky, soft yet a bit crispy. There is absolutely no chemical after-taste. And, there is fruit inside. Yes, I was astonished. It was not like a slab of stale jello, but real, tasty strawberry with a nice, natural taste. Furthermore, it was not overly sweet.
Not only was I amazed, I will purchase this product over and over again.
Once you try it, you will as well!
Very highly recommended. When my husband became the stay-at-home parent, he also started grocery shopping more for our family. Problem is, he is not a label-checker and too often buys things high in sugar, HFCS and preservatives. My kids became accustomed to eating sugary cereals, toaster pastries and iced candy disguised as breakfast. When I saw these in our local coop, I thought they'd make an excellent alternative. I just tried my first one, thinking I would just have a bite and then pass off to one of my kids. Well, I ate the whole thing. Quickly. These are perfectly sweet; not too much, not too little. Much more palatable than the other, more mainstream brand. The filling tastes like real fruit! Imagine that. I have successfully moved my kids to healthy cereals and whole wheat toast, but these offer a nice "treat" for those days when we're in a rush or they are begging for a "toaster pastry." I also plan to bring some to work to keep in my desk for that midday snack. Highly recommend! My only complaint is that they come 2 per wrapper. Not sure how to keep the second one fresh? Other than that, I am a happy customer.

My husband and I both strongly prefer to eat natural foods, avoiding as many artificial ingredients/additives/chemical concoctions as we can. Sometimes, though, this means forgoing the bad-for-you-yet-tasty treats we grew up eating and enjoying. However, these taste SO much better than Pop Tarts that there's absolutely no sacrifice involved. (Not to mention that the AROMA of these while they're heating up is incredible. In a matter of days, you may find yourself conditioned to drool at the mere sound of the toaster lever clicking into place...Pavlov would be proud.)The only downside (and I hope Nature's Path pays attention to this) is that the pastries are packaged in PAIRS--making it altogether too tempting to eat both. Better if the box just had ONE re-sealable pack inside; that way, you could simply open it, take the one you want, and close the package back up. With the current packaging, re-sealing isn't a viable option, and so you're kind of "forced" to eat both pastries. (I mean, you wouldn't want to let one go stale...what a waste!)I have their brown sugar product and it is very good. I thought that the strawberry would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. First of all, they are very sweet but there is very little strawberry flavor unless you are really are paying attention, which in the final stages of swallowing, you get a slight hint of strawberries. The color of the filling looks like apples not strawberries.Well, let me start by saying that I DO like unfrosted strawberry PopTarts. These Toaster Pastries are almost as good, as PopTarts, and as far as the organic label, better for you if you like to support organic farming, have chemical allergies, etc. PopTarts DO have real fruit, unlike a previous review implies. However, Kellogg's uses DRIED fruit, which I think gives a FRUITIER, slightly more tart flavor. I have a hard time finding the fruity flavor, fruity enough in the Nature's Path. They need to try drying their fruit, too, to concentrate the flavor. I think that most people who are health/nutrition conscious would also be disappointed to find that Nature's Path frosted AND unfrosted (blueberry is the flavor that I have, since the unfrosted strawberry is 10 bucks more than the frosted ones on Amazon...go figure) has a higher sugar content, and zero whole grain, although the overall fiber is 1 gram per serving instead of "less than one gram" on the PopTarts. I will also state, that as of yet, I have never received anything stale from Amazon. I do prefer all of my Tarts toasted.
