Rice Krispies Treats Rice Cereal, 14.2-Ounce Boxes

Rice Krispies Treats Rice Cereal, 14.2-Ounce Boxes First off i was a bit weary due to other reviews sayin the cereal was expiring soon. My cereal came packed very well, 4 boxes of beautiful rice krispies treats cereal which didnt expire for about 8 months. opening the first box was epic...those first big chunks were huge! and despite shipping the cereal was in great condition. Now, as someone who eats cereal once maybe twice a week, i tell you this. all 4 boxes were gone in a week. This cereal is simply AMAZING. childhood memory lane. i ordered frankenberry and booberry afterwards too, but this cereal is 10x better then both. Fortunately, i found a specialty store which carries this cereal :) but had i not, i would be spending alot more money on amazon.

Every time I go to a grocery store I look for Rice Krispies Treats Cereal. I can't believe Amazon had it. They are SO good!

I used to snack on this rather than eating things like cookies, donuts, and other sweets. Imagine my disappointment when all the grocery stores I went to quit carrying it. As soon as I saw it here I placed my first order. I've reordered it twice already. It's sweet but not not overly sweet like cereals like "Super Sugar Crisp" or "Froot Loops" (I never have liked Froot Loops). Rice Krispies Treats cereal tastes just like the name says.

I had been looking around in stores for years and could never come across a box of these.

I missed them so much, so I decided I'd search online a little.

Found them on Amazon, and I knew I had to order for the price.

They arrived packaged nicely in one box without any annoying Styrofoam or bubble-wrap in the mix.

I opened a box, and the cereal looked just a amazing as it did in my childhood.

All of the cereal is fresh; arrived on March 2nd, 2012, and expires December 2012!

The only downside is that I had no milk when it arrived, so it caused me a great deal of frustration that which I took out on my dog and wife.

Never again will I forget to buy milk!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cereal and first had it as a kid in California maybe 10-12 years ago. Imagine my saddness when I couldn't find it ANYWHERE in Southern California. I went to NY and found it in the grocery store and then moved back to CA and found it on Amazon!

Post Marshmallow Pebbles Cereal, 10.75-Ounces Boxes (Pack of 3)

Post Marshmallow Pebbles Cereal, 10.75-Ounces BoxesI jumped on these Marshmallow Pebbles because they are gluten free and looked like something similar to Lucky Charms. The marshmallows are identical but that is about where it stops. This cereal is extremely sweet -the pebbles have a somewhat strange smell and the color is something left to be desired. The marshmallows mask the flavor of the pebbles which I also think is off. Marshmallow Pebbles are okay in small doses, even my small children only requested one bowl when normally they would want multiple bowls of their "treat cereal." Sorry Post, but these aren't my favorite.

Sure was expecting the marshmallow pebbles pictured. But was sent the other kind with barney on the box. At least the box with Fred was actually consumeable.

The boxes I got with Barney have huge white round chewy marshmallows and giant round flat brown flakes. No color. It is nasty. The flakes dissolve before you can eat them and the marshmallows melt and disappear quickly. Also the flakes are so thin they just stick to the sides of your bowl or cup and to the bottom of your spoon.

EnviroKidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs Cereal, 10.6-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

EnviroKidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs Cereal, 10.6-Ounce BoxesPanda bear puffs is really darn tasty. As far as sugary cereals go, this one is better than the others for you. Mom has Alzheimer's and does not like much of anything. She loves this cereal. Great buy too!

My son loves this cereal, especially with chocolate soymilk. This company also makes Koala Crisp Cereal, if we have that, my kids will mix the Panda Puffs with the Koala Crisp (which has a chocolate flavor) as they think it tastes like a Reese Cup. I like that there are only 7g of sugar per serving (much less than many kids cereals) and all the ingredients are organic. Once in milk this cereal will also stay crispy a little longer than Rice Crispies, but not much. If you have to make Rice Crispy treats for the school bake sale use these cereals instead for an extra yummy treat.

I used to buy these at our local supermarket but because not that many people buy them they have discontinued them. It was such a relief to find them here. You get 6 10 oz boxes of wonderful peanut-buttery goodness. The expiration date was waaay into the future and the cereal was crisp and fresh. And by being an Amazon Prime member I received them in 2 days. Way to go. Great buy.

Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Golden Flax, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Golden Flax, 16-Ounce BoxesI love "Food for Life Ezekiel" products. Originally, I was introduced to the bread when on a special diet -an offshoot program of "Over-eaters Anonymous", the H.O.W. program -many years ago. The bread contains NO flour, no sugar, is high in protein and fiber, and, for my taste, is delicious. Actually, I learned that OVER-eating was not really my problem. My problem was NOT eating the healthiest, life-giving, minimally processed foods available. Over time, I learned, relapsed, and relearned, etc. I was thrilled when I learned "Food for Life" added cereals to their product line. In looking at labels at my local health food store, I discovered that this brand was the ONLY cold cereal on the shelves that had NO sugar content! Since then, this is the ONLY cold cereal I buy. It can be served warm, as well. Generally, though, I prefer "John McCann's Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal" (also zero sugar and high fiber) for hot cereal.

Needless to say, the cereal is expensive (but cheap if you consider that you're no longer polluting your body with all the sugar, air, preservatives, and other junk in most commercial cereals), so I was thrilled to find that Amazon.com offered it in a 6-box bundle for a far better price than my local market. I usually have a bowl a day with fresh berries (strawberries are very sweet this year in my area) and slivered almonds topped with light soy milk. I find that when I'm eating really nutritious food, I eat slowly and savor. When I'm eating junk, I tend to "wolf" it down. It doesn't matter why. I just hate that sensation, so I avoid it and my body thanks me every day.

I believe that those who bash the flavor of this product are generally used to eating processed products and have yet to acquire the taste of natural grains. Once you learn how to eat healthier, it's amazing how most people learn how naturally sweet dry toast can be if its made with a really great bread or how wonderful this cereal is.

For my taste, I love this stuff andd I think it's worth every dime. The boxes are always stuffed to capacity without the three or four inches of dead space chalked up as "settling due to shipping and handling". I normally add it on top of a bowl of fresh fruit and yogurt and then listen to my co-workers tell me how great my breakfast or lunch looks.

Anyway, I highly recommend Food For Life Ezekiel cereal its very difficult to find more nutrition in a single meal anywhere else!

If you're still eating refined flour, sugar, and artificial sweeteners, this cereal (and all the Ezekiel products) will probably taste like granulated styrofoam to you. We train our palettes, for better or for worse.

I have been eating Ezekiel for at least 20 years. I don't eat sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined grains, red meat, or artificial anything, and this cereal tastes sweet and crunchy and nutty to me. I usually eat it with a handful of chopped walnuts, cut up a banana or peach, and add almond milk. It's low on the glycemic index, which is also an enormous plus if you're trying to eat healthy. And it's filling; unlike when you eat those sugary cereals, you won't be hungry in an hour.

When I walk into the grocery store, and 99% of the groceries are all about sugar and carbohydrate addictions and foods all pumped up with chemicals and addictive substances, I feel discriminated against. It's much harder to eat right in this country. I can't even find Ezekiel in most stores. I hope, I hope, I hope they never go out of business!

Walden Farms Calorie Free Fruit Spread Raspberry -- 12 oz

Walden Farms Calorie Free Fruit Spread Raspberry -- 12 ozI'm not a huge fan of the texture of this jelly, since it's impossible to spread. But, if you mash it up with a fork, it works pretty well as a crepe filling, or used in baking since it holds its "jelly bits" form. I make muffins with this stuff mixed in and they're heavenly!

The flavor is nice and strong with a hint of tartness, like real raspberry jelly, and the sweetener after taste is quite minimal compared to their other fruit spreads. I don't get the hint of bitterness at the end like I do with their other sweet spreads.

I didn't actually think this was "good", but we all need to remember that we're comparing zero-calorie, zero-carb fruit spread to actually jelly, and of course, it's not going to be nearly as good as what we're used to. I really did have a hard time spreading it on toast, so I tried to improvise...what can I use this for that will make it better? So, it's hard to spread on bread, maybe I shouldn't use it for that, but rather should melt it down and drizzle it on the bread. Or, like another reviewer said, mix it with fat-free cream cheese to make a different kind of spread. Sure this stuff could taste a lot better and have a lot better consistency...then it would be jelly, and we'd have to take in all the calories and carbs that we do with jelly. I say, let's just take this for what it is, and when we want something that's going to be just like REAL jelly, then that's what we'll get; until then, this will do.

This is my favorite of the Walden Farms fruit jams, its actually got tiny raspberry pieces in it, giving it a more authentic flavor. Its quite sweet, so a little goes a long way, but if you're looking for zero calories and delicious fruit flavor, without the sugar alcohols of other sugar-free jams, give this a shot.

Pacific Natural Foods Hazelnut Non-Dairy Beverage, Chocolate, 32-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)

Pacific Natural Foods Hazelnut Non-Dairy Beverage, Chocolate, 32-Ounce ContainersFirst I tried Diamond's almond milk in vanilla and unsweetened and sweetened chocolate flavors. The vanila is fine if you like almonds, I'm not wild about them. The unsweetened chocolate was undrinkable for me, and the chocolate was OK.

Then I found the Pacific hazelnut, in plain and chocolate. I love hazelnuts. The plain in good, and the chocolate is terrific for a non-dairy milk.

Unfortunately the three grocery stores I go to regularly don't have the hazelnut in either plain or chocolate so I am baffled where I got it. Now I will buy it from Amazon. I like that Amazon has the 8 oz. size, which I didn't know about.

I have been drinking this since -theweek they released it and for the last couple years, every month or so I've gotten in the habit of going to a co-op store that reliably carries it and getting a dozen (or 15 sometimes, whatever is on the shelf!) and drinking a few boxes a week (thankfully it is $2.25 a box here, 10% off when I buy

a case!)

It is the absolute smoothest milk made from nuts--I am very picky and sensitive to tastes and textures (the "supertaster" test where they dye and scan your tongue? Yeah, I have 14xs the normal taste bud count and twice the depth, crazy but it makes me very aware of nuances for good and bad)... almond ones tend to have a grit; in some the salt and sugar (and cocoa in the chocolate ones) just don't ever quite join the nut blend... and no way am I drinking soy. This is PERFECT to carry with me when I am worried about temperature (so I keep a box of the 4 individuals around but actually usually take the whole 32oz one--I drink it in 3 sittings tops, usually the same day).

Pacific foods also have amazing customer service; funny, I moved to Seattle from the east coast and having consumed it over a full year there, it suddenly was not known (the chocolate variety) ANYWHERE just a few hours from their plant in stores that have more Pacific brand broths, milks, and such than all other brands combined. They were awesome about getting it here for me (also before Amazon carried it); not sure why it costs so much with Amazon compared to a SEATTLE grocer since um Amazon is in Seattle, too, but glad for the backup regardless, hoping I never need to pay this much!

Having had Pacific's oat, almond, hazelnut... And then Almond Breeze (the other good chocolate variety, sweetened that is, the unsweet isn't so palettable)... This is the best. The plain hazelnut milk is super smooth and great for making my own custom flavored drinks when I run out of my loved Alpenrose dairy goods (amazing milk)... This is definitely great for potential power outrages, winter storms... Great backup for perishable dairy goods! It is well worth $3/each, mind you, or grab the $28/case recurring and set it a few months away and see if you aren't hooked!! Seriously, bet you will be :) gonna go drink some right now (I should upload a shot of the cabinet shelf that is JUST 3 rows of this; 3-4 are always in the fridge cause it is so so good!)

I bought a 12 pack of this after trying the Pacific Natural regular hazelnut milk. I love this stuff! I saved about $6 using Subscribe & Save versus going to the store. I feel good about supporting this company because they believe in responsible, sustainable farming. But besides that, this milk is just delicious. Room temperature or chilled, it's equally tasty. I mixed it with coffee this morning and it's great too. I also dilute it sometimes with regular skim milk to dial down the sweetness.

The box arrives well packaged. It's a box inside a box. The inner box is bubble-wrapped for extra protection. Unopened, the cartons do not need refrigeration and can be stored on a shelf.

I found this drink on a whim. And haven't looked back since. All the other positive reviews are TRUE!!! This IS the BEST chocolate "milk alternative" even beyond Almond Milk. I think Almond Milk is still relevant, because it offers a different nutritional profile than Hazelnuts, but they complement eachother. I buy both now (Almond milk and this Hazelnut Drink) and alternate, but I gotta admit, I'm starting to become gravitated towards the Hazelnut because it just tastes so freakin awesome. Pacific Natural Foods did a DAMN good job on this one, and they BETTER not stop this product line. I think it's so new that it's still catching on, but like I said, all the good reviews are spot on. You almost ask yourself "is this really good for me? it tasted just way too good to be good for me" but it IS good for you! Hazelnuts are rich in Omegas, and this drink also has MUCH LESS sugar than most Almond Milks, and STILL tastes better. Just try not to finish an entire carton in like 2 days, I'm not kidding... My friend is adding it to other drink mixes too. On the sinful side every once in a while (at night) add a dash of Kahlua to a glass, and watch out! lol

Roland Steel Cut Oats, Quick and Easy, 24-Ounce CansThis product is just rolled oats chopped up into little bits. Because they are rolled oats ground to bits the texture when cooked is slimy and mushy. Save your money.

Let me just state that I'm a huge fan of McCann Irish Oatmeal Steel Cut. I think its the best, but my kids find it too chewer and I switched to the same brand but Quick & Easy steel cut, cooks faster and softer, but still has some texture. I decided to try Roland steel cut Quick & Easy, a little more goowey, but still has some texture and pleasant taste, no stale odor.i find them satisfactory for the price, especially now with subscribe and November sale it came to $10.47. You cannot beat this price. in fact I'm going to order more before its sold out

I have been eating this oatmeal for years and really love it. Much more hearty and flavorful than regular oatmeal. I prefer the "quick cook" feature and recommend it.

First off, I think the person who gave this a item a one star review probably bought the wrong product. There is another Roland Steel Cut Oats that is just the normal steel cut oats. The "Quick and Easy" is made for people like me, who want something similar in the mornings, but do not have the time to spend cooking it for half an hour.

So, for a morning routine in a nutshell: Get up around 6, do a quick half hour workout, dump this into the microwave for 6 min on 50% power (and start the coffee at the same time), take a quick 10 min shower, and it's ready to be eaten when I'm done, and I'm ready to head off to work by 7 (7:30 if I hit the snooze button too many times).

I used to go with instant Quaker Oats, but after reading about how much better steel cut oats are for you, because they are less starchy and take longer to break down (to be honest, I'm not sure how much better the "Quick" ones are for you), I decided to give them a try. Now I am so used to the taste and texture, the reguar Quaker oats now seem too mushy (not a bad thing. I just prefer the steel cut ones now).

Anyway, I would love to give this product a full five stars, but I was able to find a bag of a different brand of oats that taste pretty much the same, for about three times less than this is currently being sold for (that included the 15% subscribe and save discount). It's basically just one huge bag that has the same amount of oats as the pack of four here.

So bottom line, five stars for the taste and convenience, two stars for the pricing and value when compared to basically the same product at CostCo.

This is not steel cut oatmeal that takes 30-45 minutes to cook. They cook in 7 minutes as such they are quick oats don't waste your money.

Nature's Path Organic Toaster Pastries, Frosted Berry Strawberry, 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)

Nature's Path Organic Toaster Pastries, Frosted Berry Strawberry, 12-Count BoxesFirst, let me say that I do NOT like regular Pop-Tarts. I've tried them, and they tasted like overly-sweetened cardboard with a definite strange aftertaste. I'd only eat one again if there was absolutely nothing else in the house.

I tried Nature's Path Organic Frosted Strawberry Toaster Pasteries simply because "he" threw it into the shopping cart, insisting it had to be good. Oh, well... whatever. At least, it's organic and actually has some real fruit in it.

OK, I weakened during a mid-morning slump and I needed something to go along with my mega-cup of coffee. To my absolute astonishment, it was not just good, but VERY, VERY GOOD!

This product tasted to me like something from a bakery. The crust was flaky, soft yet a bit crispy. There is absolutely no chemical after-taste. And, there is fruit inside. Yes, I was astonished. It was not like a slab of stale jello, but real, tasty strawberry with a nice, natural taste. Furthermore, it was not overly sweet.

Not only was I amazed, I will purchase this product over and over again.

Once you try it, you will as well!

Very highly recommended.

When my husband became the stay-at-home parent, he also started grocery shopping more for our family. Problem is, he is not a label-checker and too often buys things high in sugar, HFCS and preservatives. My kids became accustomed to eating sugary cereals, toaster pastries and iced candy disguised as breakfast. When I saw these in our local coop, I thought they'd make an excellent alternative. I just tried my first one, thinking I would just have a bite and then pass off to one of my kids. Well, I ate the whole thing. Quickly. These are perfectly sweet; not too much, not too little. Much more palatable than the other, more mainstream brand. The filling tastes like real fruit! Imagine that. I have successfully moved my kids to healthy cereals and whole wheat toast, but these offer a nice "treat" for those days when we're in a rush or they are begging for a "toaster pastry." I also plan to bring some to work to keep in my desk for that midday snack. Highly recommend! My only complaint is that they come 2 per wrapper. Not sure how to keep the second one fresh? Other than that, I am a happy customer.

Buy Nature's Path Organic Toaster Pastries, Frosted Berry Strawberry, 12-Count Boxes (Pack of 6) Now

My husband and I both strongly prefer to eat natural foods, avoiding as many artificial ingredients/additives/chemical concoctions as we can. Sometimes, though, this means forgoing the bad-for-you-yet-tasty treats we grew up eating and enjoying. However, these taste SO much better than Pop Tarts that there's absolutely no sacrifice involved. (Not to mention that the AROMA of these while they're heating up is incredible. In a matter of days, you may find yourself conditioned to drool at the mere sound of the toaster lever clicking into place...Pavlov would be proud.)

The only downside (and I hope Nature's Path pays attention to this) is that the pastries are packaged in PAIRS--making it altogether too tempting to eat both. Better if the box just had ONE re-sealable pack inside; that way, you could simply open it, take the one you want, and close the package back up. With the current packaging, re-sealing isn't a viable option, and so you're kind of "forced" to eat both pastries. (I mean, you wouldn't want to let one go stale...what a waste!)

I have their brown sugar product and it is very good. I thought that the strawberry would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. First of all, they are very sweet but there is very little strawberry flavor unless you are really are paying attention, which in the final stages of swallowing, you get a slight hint of strawberries. The color of the filling looks like apples not strawberries.

Well, let me start by saying that I DO like unfrosted strawberry PopTarts. These Toaster Pastries are almost as good, as PopTarts, and as far as the organic label, better for you if you like to support organic farming, have chemical allergies, etc. PopTarts DO have real fruit, unlike a previous review implies. However, Kellogg's uses DRIED fruit, which I think gives a FRUITIER, slightly more tart flavor. I have a hard time finding the fruity flavor, fruity enough in the Nature's Path. They need to try drying their fruit, too, to concentrate the flavor. I think that most people who are health/nutrition conscious would also be disappointed to find that Nature's Path frosted AND unfrosted (blueberry is the flavor that I have, since the unfrosted strawberry is 10 bucks more than the frosted ones on Amazon...go figure) has a higher sugar content, and zero whole grain, although the overall fiber is 1 gram per serving instead of "less than one gram" on the PopTarts. I will also state, that as of yet, I have never received anything stale from Amazon. I do prefer all of my Tarts toasted.

Klein's Naturals Dried Prunes, (Pack of 6)

Klein's Naturals Dried Prunes,This item arrived promptly exceeded my expectations. They are a little "drier" than some other brands, but I like them that way. If you want "stewed" prunes, you can boil these.

These prunes taste great. My children like them, but the flimsy plastic cups they are in crack easily and some of them had the plastic seal torn away already when we opened them. It's a pain because i have to transfer them to another container in order to store them well. The price was good, so i may continue buying them. i'm not sure.

After trying the prunes available in our local grocery store, I was very disappointed as they were very wet and not what I expected (no wonder they were not in a see through bag. When these arrived I quickly opened the first container (I could see the product inside)and enjoyed my first taste of the prunes that I remembered from long ago. I put 4 in the freezer and held two out for consumption over the following weeks. I am now removing the first from the freezer and when I get down to one or two left I will reorder.
