I assumed "4 per box" at the price I normally pay for 4 30-ct packages of diapers meant I would get 4 packages of diapers...not ONE! Did I really just pay $30 for 30 diapers? I am completely horrified to be ripped off like this. This is terrible.

I try a lot of high fiber / low sugar cereals, and this one is the best yet. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor, and you cannot tell there's 13g of fiber per serving. Also...I find it really fills me up, which is unusual for cold cereals. Good sprinkled on yogurt as well.

It is sweetened with Aspartame, however, contains corn oil, guar gum and a few other less-than-desireable ingredients, and is primarily corn bran. Smart Bran is composed of Oat Bran which has been shown to help reduce high cholesterol. I haven't heard anything about corn bran in that regard. Smart Bran also contains psyllium in a very tasty form & works great for keeping the lower digestive track functioning efficiently. I mix a rounded quarter cup of Smart Bran with fresh fruit and cottage cheese for my breakfast most mornings and find it's a great way to start the day. Buying it through Amazon in a 6 pack saves me more than $1.50 per box over local supermarket prices, and I don't have to worry about it being out of stock. I highly recommend Smart Bran, and look forward to incorporating it in my baking as well.
I'm shocked there are not more reviews yet my husband ordered this for me as he travels a lot, and I can't cook! I just can't! (But boy do I clean well!) I weigh 115 lbs, I'm 5' 3", and when I get hungry it gets bad, fast... The only other review was "DON'T BUY THIS I weight 165 and it's not enough..." fair comment except I'm pretty sure anyone would know that this entree must be supplemented, depending on your weight, with other courses, say a salad? You can't freeze or microwave a salad! So anyone who has an issue with the portion size can add a soup, a salad, bread, whatever you want. For me, because I am small one of these entrees is totally perfect. If I am hungry for more, like I said, you can just add something here or there.

I invested in this company after a taste testing in Vancouver BC, the food was very good so I wanted to be certain the frozen meals were equally as good and to test the delivery system. I was very impressed with the packaging. Ordered the 15 meal package on a Tuesday and did not expect it to arrive until Friday.... I left town forgetting the order pickup, so it was not until the following Tuesday I picked up. The cold pack had just expired but the meals were still frozen after 7 days! Unbelievable. The meals are very good, easy to prepare, healthy, and pretty economical. Finally here is a product that is good for you, economical, easy and good tasting. I think this could be the McDonalds of fast healthy food. Some people say the servings are too small and if you are a large guy who eats 1200 calories per meal, yes, you may need to eat 2 of these, or you can pair it with a bowl of soup or salad or other protein to up the calorie or volume intake. For most people it is an excellent quick meal.
My teen age daughters were disappointed not to be able to have oatmeal at the fast food place before school with their friends so we bought Eco-planet hot cereal packets for them to take along. It worked! They were really pleased with the flavor and the texture. It's hard to find where we live and the price is higher than I'd like to pay but it was safe, easy and good for them so I'll try to keep it in our kitchen for them.

Oatmeal raisin is my favorite type of granola and I have tried many different brands. Erin Baker's is the best by far. Very crunchy and not too sweet. Tastes great. Holds up well in yogurt. Haven't tried it with milk, but believe it would be great there too.
