Twinings Pure Peppermint Tea, K-Cup for Keurig Brewers
I have the Keurig Platinum Series and brew this peppermint tea on the 10 oz setting. I have not tried it on the other settings sizes. On the 10 oz setting, the tea comes out very smooth and without any bitterness or after taste at all. It is a very soothing tea. I highly recommend it!

I've been using this tea ever since I received my Keurig coffee maker. I've used other mint teas over a period of time, but this is by far the best. My husband, who is NOT a tea drinker, has now gotten in the habit of this tea at night. If you can make a believer and tea drinker out of him, you know the tea has to be good!!!

Bio-Strath Bio-Strath
As a rule it's very hard for me to know if an over the counter remedy is helping or not but I started Bio-Strath when it was taking me what seemed like forever to recover from knee surgery -I had no energy, no appetite etc. and wondered if I ever would again. Within a few days of taking Bio-Strath I felt pretty much normal. The taste is unpleasant but the effect is worth it. I stopped taking it and after a week or so began to feel enervated again. When I resumed taking it, my energy once again returned to normal. I am now trying the pills (because of the taste) and they seem to work just as well. In the beginning I was taking it 3 times a day but have now cut down to twice a day with no adverse change in my energy levels. I can't guarantee that the improvement is due to Bio-Strath but the evidence seems to point that way.

This is an excellent tonic. It was recommended as part of a diet to recover from a cronic disease and it is working wonders. Also for people with low iron in their blood you need B vitamins to absorbe iron, this is a perfect solution. Liquid is more available to the body than the tablets, but both are effective.Independent tests of school children have shown a marked increase in general health and ability to concentrate resulting in higher test scores. I'm not fond of writing reviews, or of taking medication for that matter, but really, if ever a glowing review should be written, it should be for this product: BioStrath (liquid). I tend to get colds easily and they unfortunately tend to last for more than 5 days. It is a cut above your usual PoptartIt does not contain high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors or flavors, or any other additives. It even has organic ingredients and some whole wheat content! HOWEVER, I would not make these any more than an occasional treat. It does still contain 18 grams of sugar, and most of it is NOT from fruit. There is also only 1 gram of fiber, and only 3 grams of protein. It wouldn't hurt for the whole wheat content to be bumped up a little, and it wouldn't even be noticeable if white whole wheat flour was used, or some other healthy flour. The current combination will put your blood sugar on a roller coaster. It also has a lack of added vitamins, which is one of the only good points of other Poptarts.As for the taste, it is pretty intense. You can really taste the strawberry! It's nice and slightly chewy, although not annoying, rubbery or tough. It sort of reminds me of a soft sugar cookie in terms of texture. Try it yo'self, and see what you thinkIt's still healthier than your average Poptart.

These pastries aren't as sweet as Pop Tarts, very true. I find (and I'm talking unfrosted) that I prefer tasting the strawberry stuff and the pastry stuff rather than the sugar stuff. This is a concept that takes some getting used too; but it's really not all that difficult.
Not that these Nature's Path goodies aren't sweet; but they aren't as sweet, so sweet your mouth feels like it wants to go immediately to the dentist after you eat one.

I tried these and wow! They are actually better tasting than pop-tarts. They still have the rich buttery crust, but their filling is actual fruit, and tastes incredible.
These look exactly the same as pop-tarts, right down to the foil wrapper and little grooves on the back of the pastry. They have organic ingredients though, and no hydrogenated oils, white flour, or artificial colors.
This doesn't make them completely "healthy" (these are still over 1/3 sugar by weight), but for an occasional snack they are awesome.This is the closest to 100% organic of all companies and they work on bringing the price down for competition.
all Nature Path products are great!I am currently 6 months pregnant and have been craving pop-tarts my entire pregnancy but I do not want to put all the junk that's in regular brand "pop-tarts" into my body. I looked all over for a healthier alternative that was UNFROSTED (I hate frosting) at my local stores but no one had them. After finding these on Amazon I ordered them directly from Natures Path because I wanted to make sure I liked them before committing to the 6 pack of boxes.
I just had my first one straight from the toaster and it was delicious!!! It tasted so much better than an actual pop-tart. To me pop-tarts always left a greasy taste in my mouth. While these are by no means a healthy snack food, they actually taste like real food. They do not taste like grease and chemicals but actual food and they contain MUCH better ingredients for mine and my baby's health than the typical pop tarts you find in store. I won't feel guilty about eating these from time to time and they totally satisfied my craving!

It is convenient and cost-effective to purchase Kellogg's K by way of Amazon. However, this product is not available as frequently as I would like. There are so many "K's" with additives that I don't want.
Special K is one of those timeless classics that should never be changed. I love being able to order this from Amazon, and I love the extra large boxes that it comes in. Ordering these is so much better than getting them from the local store, it is less expensive, and so much more convenient. I will return many times to buy this variety of Special K.

Price was lower than area retail stores. The cereal was packaged very well preventing damage to the cereal boxes themselves and the cereal inside. The quality of the cereal was the same as retail stores and was very impressed with the whole process of how amazon processed this food request from start to finish. I like these huge boxes. They last for quite a while... and they came in a three pack! Price is right. I recommend.

This cereal is not available locally for me, and it's been my favorite treat since childhood. I consider it a special treat! I prefer the original flavor to the sugar free...and it's got to be the Familia brand. I eat it cold with just enough milk to moisten the cereal. Delicious!
