Newman's Own Organics California Raisins, 1.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 72)

These are the freshest raisins I have ever eaten.

I usually don't care much for them, eating only a

small box about twice a year.

However, since I have found Newman's Organic,

I really like them & plan on getting more as a

part of a healthier eating plan.

These raisins are so good. My kids love them. They are much better then any other raisin I have ever purchased. I know extreme. They are that juice and moist and yummy.

Great product. A little too heavily packaged so they should work on that (no sense in filling the landfills more than necessary!) but the raisins themselves are great and no chemical preservatives!

I love these organic California raisins. They are juicy and soft, not dried out like some other raisins. Perfects for pack lunches or snacks for around your desk.

I had to throw out almost all of these raisins because they contained crawly things and/or what looks like the droppings of crawly things. I must say I generally love Newman's products, and I was willing to give these raisins the benefit of the doubt. With natural products, sometimes bugs get in them. That's part of the territory with organic matter. But I found white grubs and little brown dots that weren't a part of the raisins in box after shrink-wrapped box. Some boxes were fine, and I ate the raisins in them, but the majority were tainted. I'll need to be assured there's been an improvement in quality control before I try Newman's snack-pack organic raisins again.

Simply Asia Stir Fry Sauce Ginger Teriyaki -- 4.44 oz

These packaged sauces by Simply Asia are very tasty and make for a simple meal. The sauce is premixed and just needs to be stirred into the pan/wok with the meat(s), vegetables, pasta... whatever you plan to stir-fry. The sauce is thick with a glaze consistency and tastes of fairly sweet teriyaki with ginger. Really yummy. It is also much cheaper here than the store (at least at my store). Less than $2 per package here? Can't beat that!

Go Raw 100% Organic Live Granola Cereal, 1 Pound Bags (Pack of 2)

I purchased one bage of this product from my local health food store. I am not a raw-foodist, but I am intrigued by the raw food lifestyle and have been curious about trying new raw food products. I have not developed the patience to sprout and deyhydrate my own foods, so I bought this raw granola to see if it would be worth the investment.

The taste is nothing spectacular, and the texture is dry and crunchy. I do enjoy eating it plain, though it is not at all sweet, even with the addition of the raisins and dates. The fruit pieces are quite hard and take a while to chew. I normally eat the granola mixed into plain greek yogurt with fresh blueberries. It seems that it is easy to digest and, despite the carb count, does not cause my energy level to drop rapidly like other cereals tend to do.

I would recommend this product for anyone looking to a healthy alternative to regular granola.

OK. So this stuff is really healthy and tastes like it, but for what it is, it is very well made and good quality. It makes me feel good when I eat it and love that it's portable. I just eat it dry in a cereal bowl with a spoon. It would be good on something like yogurt too.

After reading Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocratswe stopped buying commercially processed cereal. However, we all missed the convenience of having a quick breakfast / snack food on hand. For that reason, I was very happy when I discovered this brand in my local organic / natural grocery store. I moved to buying it on Amazon since with four of us in the house, we were going through these little bags kind of quick. The cereal is very tasty not too sweet and gives a nice crunch. Holds up well in milk. I wish Amazon offered more of the varieties that the company provides through the Subscribe and Save program which is what I use to purchase it.

This cereal can also be used to make other things. One time, I added some puree'd pear and dates to it and made it into a kind of crunchy mush thing. It was really good! Another time when my daughter didn't finish eating it, I blended it up and added more milk, a banana, eggs, and some honey and made it into pancakes those came out absolutely fabulous.

I do think that you have to be used to eating this type of food for awhile before you'll enjoy this cereal. If your last bowl of cereal was the Frosted Flakes you ate this morning, then you may not enjoy this one.

Although I do not strictly follow a raw-food diet, I had the urge to try this granola to determine whether it was worth continuing to invest my money in the product. The granola does have a bland taste and I could not possibly eat it by itself. To eat the granola, I combine a quarter cup of oats, a quarter cup of my favorite Nature's Path granola (Pumpkin-Flax granola), and a quarter cup of the raw granola and I add to all these a cup of hot milk. Combining the raw granola with a naturally sweetened granola/cereal is the perfect way to consume this product and get its health benefits. Go Raw 100% Organic Live Granola Cereal is not the tastiest granola cereal, but it is very nutritious and healthy.

Kellogg's Fiber Plus Antioxidant Cinnamon Oat Crunch Cereal, 11.5 oz. (Pack of 4)

I love this cereal. It is my health version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which was one of my favorite cereals. Now, I can have all the flavor of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, with added health benefits!!!!

It's my regular cereal now. Cinnamon is a strong spice so yes it dominates. Too sweet, based on the amount of carbs in a serving its higher than some by two or three grams but with the amount of fiber including four grams of soluble, the net carbs is reduced. Only knock here I wish it was available through the auto delivery service as this price appears to be way too high, its about $4.50 in the local store for one box.

General Mills Lucky Charms Cereal 44 Ounce Value Bulk Box Cereal

Lucky Charms are my own private revenge for a childhood deprived of sugary name brand cereals. As far as nutrition it's not the best but it's not the worst either each cup has around 140 calories and provides 14% of your daily calcium and Vitamin C requirements, plus it has almost 40% of the iron you need! It still isn't a filling or nutritionally adequate breakfast but it's not too bad when you're craving some sweet snacky junk food :)

This cereal truly is magically delicious (or close to it) Generic knock-offs of this product taste pretty good, but Lucky Charms has such awesome flavor. I miss the old array of marshmallows, now it seems that there are way too many gimmicky marshmallows, but the cereal tastes good!
