NuGO Slim Brownie Crunch, 1.59-Ounce (Pack of 12)
If you're one of those folks who craves chocolate bars with some protein as a snack or dessert or on-the-go emergency mini-meal, and you need no gluten, and you want it to taste nice, and you don't want a lot of sugars, and you do not mind soy (this has both soy and whey isolates), this is a nice option.I can't have a lot of soy. But sometimes, ah, well, I will give in--for some grilled tofu or some tofu red curry or nice miso soup. Well, the other day, I was at Whole Foods, looking for gluten free bar options for my purse (emergency snack ration options), and decided to give it a go, despite the soy. And whoa, liking it.
If you just care about taste--this tastes good.
If you're a crunch fiend--let's say that you like chocolate crunch candies or bars--this fits the bill.
I have used Larabars, Quest bars, Kind bars, and Paleobars, and now I can add this to the arsenal of "What can I dump in my purse when I'm out on a day of errands to stem temptations for utter crap when I'm hungry."
Wish it was just whey in there, but at least the soy is non-GMO. :D
Vegan, gluten-free, kosher, dairy-free, low sugar, moderate-carb, high fiber, with protein and real dark chocolate.... and tasty. That's pretty durn good for a processed, convenience food.

Here is the answer, here is what you need. These are protein packed, low sugar, gluten free, delicious bars that after one taste, has me convinced I've found the only bar that I'm going to eat so long as the rest of the market is saturated with faux-health bars.

Most low-carb/high-protein snacks and sweets are full of chemicals these bars are the opposite! OK, perhaps they don't taste like "real chocolate" but they are tasty enough, satisfy sweet-tooth cravings, and thanks to the protein+fibre content, actually make you feel quite full! In my opinion, they are great! We love dark chocolate, so this bar tastes great to us. It's low calorie, only 2g of sugar, 15g of protein and 9g of fiber and it's gluten free! It kind of reminds me of the Hershey Krackel candy (only in dark chocolate). My 9 year old loves these. It makes a great snack. She likes it even more then the other Nugo Dark Chocolate crunch gluten free protein bars.I'm not a big fan of many protein bars with crisped rice or many different nuts. This one tastes like a candy bar, only I don't feel bad eating it, since it's only 2g of sugar, lower fat, loaded with protein and it's dark chocolate.
Raspberry flavor is good too, if you like raspberry with dark chocolate.

I'm not a coffee drinker, I only drink tea. I bought a Keurig just for brewing tea fast. I have tried alot of different English Breakfast tea kcups and they all left an aftertaste. Bigelow is the only one that tastes like fresh brewed tea with a great flavor. This is a super price! I bought 4 50 count boxes so I don't run out too soon. Will be coming back for more.

I'm not sure what details I can give. This is actually one of the cheapest black teas I've seen on the market but my wife and I both love it. I don't know much about tea so my opinion isn't worth a whole lot but my lovely wife is a tea snob and regularly gets her tea from the Japanese stores in town. She thinks this is fabulous, too.
Breadshop's Granola Raspberry 'N Cream, 25 Pound Package
We liked this product enough to order the 25 pound size! Now have storage issues but I consider that a worthy problem for the taste and value. This is now a staple of my diabetic husbands diet. Not crunchy, not too sweet, not the usual grocery fare... raspberries are bits but they quickly absorb the liquid and flavor the whole dish well. A mix he can eat everyday and look forward to doing so.
Earth's Best 3rd Foods Variety Pack, 6 Ounce (Pack of 8)
FYI: In the package, you get two each of: Bananas and Strawberries, Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Tender Chicken and Stars, and Vegetable Beef Pilaf. Good value, though I wish they came in packs of 12 like the 1st and 2nd stage foods do.
Now I am just waiting for the day that earth's best moves away from glass jars. Our daughter has started grabbing these out of her diaper bag and if she drops them on our hard floors it will break the jars. I have broken a couple myself dropping them from the cupboard on to the granite counter tops. I really like the pouches that some lines are doing and even the plastic containers that Gerber does. Glass is great because it is recyclable, but so are the plastic ones if you live in an area that supports that or you can reuse them like we do for storing bulk spices. That is the only the con I have and it is not even big enough to rate this product any lower.

Our son is now 11 months old and we've been using this brand since he started baby food. The taste is as close to the real thing as possibly. Other brands seem watered down compared to Earth's Best. The texture is smooth and flavorful. I like that they have a large variety of HEALTHY options that combine a whole variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and meats. In my opinion, there is no nutrition in mac and cheese so why bother giving it to them. The soup variety was tasty-Country Vegetable, Split pea/Carrot, Sweet potato Cinnamon and Squash Bisque. My daughter really seemed to enjoy it. The split pea and country vegetable varieties had nice soft pieces of carrot in there that my baby could chew. The sweet potato cinnamon bisque and squash bisque were thinner, but you can always add small pasta or cereal. My wife and I love these, and more importantly, so does our daughter. They have a good texture that lets her practice chewing with her limited teeth. I like that there's nice mixes of flavors, not just creamed peas, or pureed spinach, but chunky mixes of vegetables and meat broth. The first time we ordered these it took a while for them to come, but the next two times, they were sent right away. The food is actually good enough that I would eat it with a little salt. It's also nice that we can donate the bottles to our local art teachers for use in their projects.

I used to eat the Cinnamon Raisin bars daily until they were discontinued a year ago. The new bars taste just as wonderful, as well as being the same size, so just as gratifying in that sense. I eat 2 bars a day, one for breakfast, and one as an afternoon snack; very filling and keeps my appetite from going over the edge. I was a little confused as to how many I would receive on Subscribe and Save, I received 8 boxes, 5 bars per box. For Phases 2 and 3 of SBD.Nutritional Facts: 130 calories, 4 grams fat, total carbs 18, fiber 3 grams, sugars 8 grams, protein 9 grams.
But, don't get your hopes up, these bars are NOT the SAME as before. They're bland, hard to chew, with only a couple tiny raisins in each. The portions are also 10 calories smaller than before. What was South Beach thinking??? I doubt that I'll buy again.

The "NEW" version of this product is gross. The bars are dry, chalky, and have an artificial taste. I did, however, discover that the Snackwells Cinnamon Raisin bars are exactly the same as the old version of this bar. I will be buying those instead. It was only on the second bite that I began to taste and enjoy the cinnamon raisin flavor. I do like that they have protein in them; this is good for the diet that I'm currently on. Then again, there's also not enough fiber in these bars to satisfy me.I recommend you shop around for another brand of protein bar that just plain tastes better. These bars are nothing special and I won't be buying them in the future.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I decided to try these South Beach "Diet" Protein bars.These cinnamon and raisin bars are advertised as "Protein Fit" and they make only secondary claims (in print size) for fiber content. Of course, people have different motivations, and mine is increasing my daily intake of fiber more than protein:

Here's how they stack up according to the labels compared to Fibre One Oats & Peanut Butter bars fiber bars, in terms of grams and percent of daily recommended amounts in percentages (I cannot account for differences in percentages as shown on the boxes, nor have I attempted to include every ingredient and measurement found on the box labels). Amazon's formatting restraints do not allow for columns, so here they are with the South Beach first, and the Fiber One, second--after the dashes:
South Beach Cinn & Raisin - Fiber One Oats & Peanut
Calories 130 (30 from fat) - 150 (40 from fat)
Total Fat 3g (8%) - 4.5g (7%)
Saturated Fat 2g (10%) - 2g (11%)

Speaking personally, I can't imagine I need more protein every day. But I know I need more fiber.
Taste: These are way too sweet for me personally, but that's obviously subjective (The South Beach bars actually have less sugar than the Fiber One: 8g sugars in South Beach vs 9g in Fiber One).
I hope these facts are of value to some buyers looking for this kind of comparison.
Lucini Italia Cherry Balsamic & Rosemary Vinaigrette
Buy more than one, you will love it. Just the right amount of cherry flavor and rosemary. The balsamic is also mild and not vinegary.Makes a great marinade for tuna also.

A swirl of the dressing
It's wonderful! You can also spinkle toasted almonds or walnuts over it if you're a nut person, I personally like mine without.
