I like these containers because you don't have to refridgerate until after you open them. They are more expensive than in the grocery store but, if you can't get out, it is great that Amazon has this option. AND, I, unlike what I thought, love almond milk!

Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli, 40-Ounce Bags (Pack of 4)

Not sweet like most cereals. 11 healthy ingredients including flaxseed. No junk whatsoever. Zero saturated fat and trans fat. Very filling, great for breakfast. I personally like to eat it everyday may get bland after a while, so switch to another cereal for a couple of days and come back.

Amazon's price is an added bonus.

I eat this cereal cold, usually, after soaking it for 10-15 minutes, but it is excellent hot as well. Its very filling so it doesn't take much to make a satisfying breakfast. I appreciate the lack of sugar and fluff; this is real food!

I've been eating Famila unsweetened muesli for some 20 years. I've switched to Bob's because I prefer the flavor (fresher)and texture (courser).

A word of caution. If you are not familiar with eating oatmeal products and you decide to try this product out, please avoid the mistake I made described in this story:

One morning, I was picking up my friend to carpool to work with. I decided to try his Muesli while waiting in his kitchen so I dumped a bunch of it into a bowl, not realizing how much it was going to be. Well, I finished the entire bowl and I felt great nice and full. At around 1 pm, however, I felt this *tremendous* pressure in my lower abdomen. So I quickly left my desk for the bathroom while doing my best to hold in what I had know idea was about to come out. Let's just say I was lucky that no one else was in the bathroom. This continued for 6 hours...

Having lived in Switzerland for several years, one of the things I missed coming to this country was the ready availability of good breakfast cereals. I have never quite understood how the sugar-filled granola stuff could ever have been mistaken as healthy and nutritious.

Since the stores in my area do not carry decent müeslis (Trader Joe's has a "blueberry" müesli, whose "blueberries" are actually blueberry-flavored cranberries...), I tried to order online, and ran into this product on Amazon, which I ordered based on the reviews.

It turned out to be a lucky choice. Bob's Red Mill müesli is the way müesli should be: a short list of ingredients (10), none of which require a degree in chemistry to understand. A mix of cereals and nuts, to which a delicious combination of dried fruit add a wonderful fruitiness and a subtle sweetness. Great with cold and warm milk, yoghurt, or as a base for a Bircher-style müesli.

This müesli ranks right there with some of the best stuff you can buy in Switzerland, and if you have ever had müesli there, you know this is no small praise.

These bars are helpful in keeping the right amount of oat bran in my diet. Flavor is good, though they are small.

Didn't like the taste. At all. Didn't end up eating them. Even my friend's little toddler wouldn't eat them. Would not recommend.

J&D's Original Bacon Salt, Low Sodium, 2-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 3)

Bottom line: If you like bacon (and let's be honest, who doesn't?), you'll love this product. It's two of John Candy's favorite things wrapped into one bacon and salt.

I am one for combining things that make sense. Shampoo and conditioner. Peanut butter and jelly. Paris Hilton and an electric chair. Bacon and...well, anything. I can put bacon with any dish and it'll taste great. Eggs, salads, steaks, macaroni, etc. Now, I just put a little of this Bacon Salt on whatever I'm eating, and it tastes like a million bucks.

I'm not one to look at the back of the bottle, so you'll have to go elsewhere for the health exploits of the product (however, as far as I know, it's low on sodium). For the taste, however you can't go wrong, as long as you like BACON.

Those of us who must limit sodium intake tend to be desperate for palatable low-sodium seasonings and grateful when we find them. This stuff is great with eggs or french fries or pea soup and about a hundred other things I could name. Tasty and very close to actual bacon flavour. My spice rack isn't complete without this!

I originally bought one bottle of the Bacon Salt as a Christmas present for my husband. We decided to put it on Kraft Macaroni and Cheese as a taste test.

One bite and we knew we had to buy more. One bottle was not going to be sufficient.

This stuff is good on pretty much anything, though so far, the macaroni and cheese is the best flavor combination. I can also confirm that it is excellent on baked potatoes, pizza and veggie burgers.

It gets bonus points from me because I'm sensitive to greasy foods, so I don't get to eat a lot of real bacon. The only disappointing part is that our local grocery store doesn't carry it -they only sell Baconnaise (which I've yet to try). Thankfully, Amazon's great deals save the day!

I have high blood pressure and try to stay away from bacon because it has so much sodium. This seasoning gives me an excellent taste of bacon and very little sodium. It is a blessing 'cause I love the flavor of bacon. Thanks.

Love Grown Foods Oat Clusters and Love, Raisin Almond Crunch, 12-Ounce (Pack of 3)

This granola is awesome! I love that it is made with Gluten Free oats, that was hard to find in other brands.

The clusters are nice and large. This granola is crunchy and tastes really great. The best thing about this granola for me is that it is not too sweet, it has just the right amount of sweetness to make it delicious but not overpowering and still fairly low on calories.

The texture is excellent, the raisins are chewy, the oat clusters are crunchy, and the almonds are crispy. I eat it with milk usually, but it's also delicious as a dry snack straight out of the bag.

I ordered a 3-pack of each flavor that Love Grown makes, and they are all delicious.

The only con I can think of is that it's so good you may end up eating it too fast and have to order more. Luckily it comes in a 3-pack :)

What more can I say but love truly grows in this great granola. It is a household favorite and will continue to be.

I have been having problems finding a good granola to eat for breakfast (too sweet, too "Wet", flavors dont work) I figured I would give this one a shot and it is really good. It has a nice balance of flavors. The shredded coconut really adds to the taste.

This was kind of crunchy and full of yummy almonds.It was not overly sweet either. I would buy this again.

Finally a gluten free cereal that is not a sugary cereal. This taste wonderful, this is my favorite cereal! Love it!

Farley's Rusk 150g

I had assumed these would be shaped like rods to enable a baby to easily hold them they are in fact shaped like regular cookies, two inches in diameter, and our grandson is still unable to grasp them. Their content seems to be fine, but until his fine-motor skills improve they won't be very helpful.

Klein's Naturals Dried Prunes, (Pack of 6)

This item arrived promptly exceeded my expectations. They are a little "drier" than some other brands, but I like them that way. If you want "stewed" prunes, you can boil these.

These prunes taste great. My children like them, but the flimsy plastic cups they are in crack easily and some of them had the plastic seal torn away already when we opened them. It's a pain because i have to transfer them to another container in order to store them well. The price was good, so i may continue buying them. i'm not sure.

After trying the prunes available in our local grocery store, I was very disappointed as they were very wet and not what I expected (no wonder they were not in a see through bag. When these arrived I quickly opened the first container (I could see the product inside)and enjoyed my first taste of the prunes that I remembered from long ago. I put 4 in the freezer and held two out for consumption over the following weeks. I am now removing the first from the freezer and when I get down to one or two left I will reorder.
