Emerald Breakfast On The Go, S'mores Nut Blend, 5 Pouches Per Box (Pack of 4)

I love Smores, the combination of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers are outstanding. I also love Emerald nuts, so when I saw this at my local grocer, I had to try them. Right away, the biggest problem with this snack is the marshmallows, if you can even call them that. The marshmallows look like erasers from a pencil, and they are as hard as a rock. I am not exagerrating, I nearly broke a tooth the first time I tried to bite one. Are they stale? Expiration date says September of 2012. I am not sure, maybe I got a bad package of these. I am hesitant to buy another box. The rest of the snack mix is fine, the cocoa walnuts, honey roasted peanuts, m&ms, graham chunks and oat clusters all tasted as they should. But the most important part of the "smores", the marshmallows, was a major letdown.

I love these breakfast nuts, I eat a bag every morning as I don't spend a lot of time in the mornings before I leave for work.

My girlfriend loves the other flavors w/ apple slices, but this is my favorite flavor. Just wouldn't suggest paying the price Amazon is asking for them, when you can get them a lot cheaper at Food Lion.

I love the Berry Nut Blend and the Breakfast Nut Blend variety of Emerald Breakfast on the go!, but found the S'Mores Nut Blend to be gross. The marshmallows had a very mushy texture, similar to a soggy version of marshmallows found in some cereal. I found the chocolate to be overwhelming with having chocolate candy pieces (similar to M&Ms) and cocoa roasted almonds. I did like the coconut flakes and graham cracker squares. I will not buy this blend again.

Crunchy, Nutty, Sweet, Salty and a nice hint of the "Smores" Goodness all in this bag.

Delicious! As one user said, The Marshmallows are "HARD" but hey its a trail mix! I enjoy them and the Graham cracker pieces which are very crunchy too!

Quaker oats, old fashioned, 2 5 lb. bags, 100+ servings 10-lb

Rolled oats are great nutrition-wise. I eat oatmeal every morning for fiber and the cholesterol lowering properties. But check the price on this. At the current price of 27.99 for 10 pounds, this is $2.80 a pound. I can do better with organic rolled oats at my local health food store, and the local grocery store's smaller boxed of rolled oats.

No complaints at all about these rolled oats. They were hermetically sealed in plastic bags inside the cardboard boxes. The taste was similar to Quaker rolled oats bought in cylindrical packages from a grocery store. The taste was slightly more flavorful and the texture was slightly more pleasant and chewy than similar "value" rolled oats (grocery store brand), probably because of better storage and packaging procedures. Overall, the best rolled oats I've had. Rolled oats (of any brand) are a very healthy food.

Information says old fashioned, however when I received the oats they were Quick 1 minute. Not a huge deal but it would be nice to get the item I ordered.

I used to have to go to Costco to find this item. Now I can buy it online for just about the same price. Plus I don't need someone with a membership to let me into the store.

I eat this for breakfast every day and prefer it over the instant oatmeal since it's less processed and seems to satiate me for longer.

I usually buy 42 oz canisters in my local grocery store, it's $4.95, so I figured, 10 lbs would be OK for $18+. I was unpleasantly surprised when the arrived pack clearly stated, 2 packs of 4.5 lbs inside, total 9 lbs, not 10 as advertised! Not buying anymore.

You gotta change your listing guys you cannot be misleading the consumers into buying smaller pack than they think it is!!!

Spelt Flakes, 1 lb.

I don't know quite what to do with this stuff. Basically its like a coarser more fibrous rolled oat. I eat straight out of the bag. I assume you could add to breads and cookies to create texture to the final product.

Ready Break Original Fine Porridge Oats 250g /8.80 oz

I was so happy to find this in the States odd and an acquired taste but a craving for anyone who's grown up with it and can remember the ad from the '80s.

Just loves it. If you do not like porridge with it's flaky bits, or lumos then this will be good for you. It is smooth textured, and great with a spoonful of sugar in it, or flavour it with jam,or cinnamon. Vanilla or chocolate chips is a good taste with it also.

Ready Brek was a treat when I was growing up in England in the 60's and 70's, and I occasionally buy it still. It is very finely ground oatmeal, and when mixed with water or milk tends to have the consistency of wallpaper paste (for those of us old enough to remember when you still had to slop paste on wallpaper), and the bland taste is probably similar too. Funny thing is, I like it! If you grew up on this, then try it for old time's sake; if you've never tasted it before, I can pretty much guarantee you'll find it to be gross!!

Coffee People Tree Hugger Fair Trade & Organic, 24-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2)

Besides being a great tasting cup of coffee, I like the idea that's it's organic as well as a fair-trade product. It was also a great price and ends up costing only 39 1/2 cents per cup. You certainly won't get anything at the big "S" for that price! My husband and I both like this one and have received our second shipment. We've had our Keurig/Breville coffee maker (which we just love!) for about 6 weeks now and have been ordering all varieties of coffee. Coffee People's Tree Hugger, Jet Fuel, Wake Up Call, along with Paul Newman's Extra Bold, are all at the top of our favorite's list so far. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it!

I drink bold k-cups brewed at 7oz with one cream pod.

I just compared my first morning cup of this coffee with my favorite k-cup, Timothy's Rainforest Espresso, and find the Tree Hugger to lack depth. It has neither the strong coffee scent or taste I desire but it is smooth, with no chickory-like bitterness and not nauseatingly weak like some of the flavored coffees.

Unless my family requests it, I won't buy it again.

Added note: I thought I might be too harsh in my review so today I had Rainforest first and Tree Hugger second. Tree Hugger is a decent cup of coffee and better than McDonald's but still not as good as Rainforest.

My favorite K-cup as been Timothys x-bold rainforest blend, and I think treehuggers every bit as good. For me, a 10oz.cup is strong yet mellow, but usually I make it a 14 oz. (take it plain) which is about the strenght of most restaurant coffees. Good restaurant quality pretty much describes this blend. I love that it's it fair trade and organic, but doesn't specify rainforest alliance certification. That is important to me, enough to spend more money, and drink less. Timothys rainforest is certified and that is enough to sway me to their side.

If you like a light to medium roast coffee you can't do much better than this.

This is the absolute best tasting coffee I've tried to date and I've tried quite a few of them. I used to think CP donut shop was good, CP kona was a little better IMO, but tree hugger puts them both on the back burner for me.

This was so good I had to get it on auto delivery, which by the way makes this coffee only $17.25 per 48 k-cups or 36 cents a piece, you can't find a cup this good for a better price.

Tree Hugger is good for those who drink coffee black.

If you put cream in your coffee then you may like Santa Buzz better since it is like Tree Hugger but a little stronger.

In many of these reviews people don't say whether they drink coffee black or with cream, etc. Coffee seems to get toned down when things are added to it.
