General Mills Chex Apple Cinnamon Cereal, 13.75-Ounce

General Mills Chex Apple Cinnamon Cereal, 13.75-OunceChex is a great-tasting line of cereal that's great for little sugar (well hey, some cereals have 42 grams of sugar) and it's gluten free, so people with wheat allergies can have it without problem.

And Apple Cinnamon Chex is the best tasting one, a yummy weekend cereal with a good amount of real tasting Apple and Cinnamon. Every bite is a delight (hey, I made a rhyme!) and the milk tastes like tasty apple-cinnamon powder afterwards (and come on, we all have to admit to loving the taste of the milk after a decent soak with cereal powder).

Enjoy it!

It is a bit sugar-y, but my family is hooked on this stuff! I don't find it gets mushy faster than any other chex cereals I've had. The apple flavor is subtle, with the cinnamon being a bit more prominent, which I like.

Chex get very soggy very quickly. Unless you slurp this stuff down then you're going to have a bowl of mush before you're through. Worse yet, the texture of the `apple cinnamon' coating is very gritty and so you'll have a bowl of sandy mush. Flavor-wise, the cereal is decent. It doesn't have a strong apple flavor or even a strong cinnamon flavor. In fact, once the cereal sits a few and the coating starts to dissipate into the milk you're kind of left with plain old Chex mix in a bowl of sugary milk. I really expecting something great here, and I was excited to dig in, but after my first bowl I found myself forcing myself to finish the box since no one else in the house would touch it.

Blech. I had high hopes for this cereal but it fell flat due to far too high sugar content and exceeding sweetness. The pieces seem to be double-coated in the flavor powder; they are oddly "fuzzy" and turn your milk into a cesspool of sugar slop. The pieces get mushy right away, too, making breakfast even more unappetizing. This would be much better if they threw in an even number of unflavored pieces to balance out the sweetness and overall flavor. Also, it may be gluten-free but it gave me a bit of a tummy ache. Won't be buying it again.

Earnest Eats Hot and Fit Cereal, American Blend, 2.35 Ounce (Pack of 12)

Earnest Eats Hot and Fit Cereal, American Blend, 2.35 OunceI found them in Costco. I sampled it and I just love it, so I bought a box of 6. When I went back I could not find them. I know Amazon .com has everything you need. I ordered a box of 12. It is very nutritious and the right portion. It might help with weight loss. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to switch to a heathy cereal.

My husband and I love this cereal. It is so easy to prepare, stays warm for a very long time and, best of all, keeps you totally full until lunch time.

Earnest eats oatmeal is awesome. It fills me up, gives me nutrients that sustain me from morning until lunch time. Feels "oatmeal-ly" but it's chunkier so I've got something to chew on. It's more substantial that regular oatmeal. Occasionally, I add some cranberries or raisens, almond slivers and chia seeds. Its really easy to supplement this with chia seeds or flax or similar. Finally, the container is "built" for on-the-go. In the morning, I add hot water and head off to work. Substantial container, top doesn't leak. I'll buy this again.

I just tried this, with some fairly high expectations based on other Earnest Eats products I've tried, and I wasn't disappointed. I just added boiling water, stirred it, and let it sit for a few minutes. Initially the appearance made me nervous I was afraid it would be mushy but I gave it another stir and it looked great. Very tasty, and surprisingly filling. Perfect for my requirements as a vegan traveling to places that may not be able to accommodate me well at breakfast.

I love all of Earnest Eats products so it is no surprise that I also love this oatmeal. Made with grains such as amaranth and quinoa, this hot cereal is packed with protein and fiber. Made from all natural ingredients, this stuff with fill you up on a cold day. Vegan as well.

Ener-G Foods English Muffins, 14.8-Ounce Units (Pack of 6)

Ener-G Foods English Muffins, 14.8-Ounce UnitsI'm not sure why no one seems to like these very much! They are pretty good to us. I haven't had a problem with them falling apart and they're easy to slice for toasting. My son,(who is the one on the GFCF diet), is extremely picky and suspicious of anything new, ate these muffins without hesitating. I sometimes poke a hole in the middle and serve as a 'bagel'. These are a regular staple in our house.

If you need gluten free, non-dairy and no egg, pickings are pretty slim.

If you use a really sharp serrated knife and work carefully, you can split them successfully.

Great for mini-pizzas!

These are ok. I like the sweet potato ones better and both have good fiber content.

Ener-G Foods English Muffins, 15.1-Ounce Units (Pack of 6)

These are one of my favorite gluten free items and a regular item to keep on hand. I take for lunch and toast and very filling and easy but cheaper than going to fast food places. I use for mini pizzas, Hamburg buns, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast, chicken sandwiches, etc. Easy to take on trips or friends and family to eat. Must toast or bake for best favor.

How can you go wrong with buying these in bulk for less than $3 per unit when they can run as high as $5 per unit retail?

Honey Nut Cheerios Breakfast Cereal, 1.8 oz Serving Size Cups, 6/Box (GMCSN13898)

Honey Nut Cheerios Breakfast Cereal, 1.8 oz Serving Size Cups, 6/BoxWhat I thought I was buying was a different a case of the single serve bowls. 3 emails and still no response when i requested an RMA. Here's what we got. 6 1 oz bowls which sell for 1.09 ea at Target or Walmart add the shipping and the cost of 2.00 for ea total came out to be 3.99 for ea 1 and I repeat 1 ounce container (a large box of cheerios in the supermarket doesn't cost 3.99) We will never do business with these folks again. No customer service at all. We have given up not worth the aggravation anymore.

The description says you get 6 single serve 1.8 oz bowls. Now if you are willing to pay that for this product, then you will be very happy. Honey Nut Cheerios are delicious, so for that alone they get 5 stars.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats -- 32 oz

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats -- 32 ozUnfortunately this product has a stale taste and a bad gluten reaction to my celiacs disease. It's not my choice is eating fr breakfast because it's hard to mask it's taste of "shelf" with sweeteners and spices.

I first thought my gluten reaction was an accident but after the fourth time eating this and suffering from sinus pain, migraines, and neck pain, I was very disappointed.

I received a package of Bob's Extra Thick Rolled Oats -not what I ordered and not what was pictured on the seller's page. This one is made in a facility that processes wheat. It has a little sticker attached (covering the bar code) that includes the words "Gluten Free", but am I to believe that? I wasn't born yesterday! Back it goes... The picture is of BOB'S GLUTEN FREE OATS. However, the package is of regular oats with a sticker applied on the bag that says gluten free. WHAT THE HELL? We all know that oats are NATURALLY gluten free, but without the gluten free certification we do not know THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CONTAMINATED W/GLUTEN IN THE MILLING PROCESS. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE MISLEADING SALE. YOU PICTURED ONE ITEM, BUT YOU SOLD ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM. I FEEL 100% DECEIVED.

Tastes just like any other type rolled oats. I use them in all of my baking and in my cereal. So good in fact, that I have gained some weight from it, ;)!
