Kellogg's Corn Flakes, 36 oz

These crunchy flakes have been a favorite of mine for a long time. Though I usually tend to prefer a sweeter, more unhealthy cereal to start my day, these are a good change of pace. If I get tired of Cocoa Puffs, I just whip a box of these out of the pantry and I'm set. Overall, great, plain tasting cereal, with nutrition abounding in every bite.

Warning to potential buyers: This cereal gets very old and boring very quickly. If you're like me, you'll only eat this twice a week and stick with Lucky Charms (or something) the rest of the time.

Kellogg's Krave Double Chocolate Cereal, 11-Ounce (Pack of 4)

The highest compliment that I can give this cereal is that it might be better than Count Chocula. The people who say it doesn't taste like chocolate have defective taste buds. Don't listen to them! Also, it does get a little soggy after a while but that just means you're not eating it fast enough. When you're eating this cereal pay attention to what you're doing don't be talking or messing around just sit there and eat it then it won't get soggy. Finally, all you one star people are wrong and the 5 star people are geniuses like me.

I am a chocoholic. I have been through every chocolate cereal out there. I have tried coca puffs, cocoa krispies, cocoa pebbles, chocolate honey comb, and any other chocolate cereal that has come out. Those did NOTHING for my chocolaty cravings!!!!

Krave double chocolate is my second favorite chocolate cereal but we will get into that later.

what do i love about this cereal?

I love that it actually tastes like chocolate..it has a smooth chocolate filling kind of like a truffle.

I also love that it is multi grain with a good range of vitamins. A healthy chocolate snack...although sugar is kind of high.

I also love the 1 dollar coupon on the back of the box....with sales and the coupon, I can get two boxes for 3 dollars!

Now, while i love this cereal, there is one cereal I love even more. That is Kellogg mini wheat little bites chocolate...best chocolate cereal hands down.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I don't eat cereal often so I have no problem when it's full of chocolate and tastes like dessert. I do however see why people would want to eat this one every day, it's sweet and chocolaty and makes for a great midnight snack with or without milk. I wish it stayed crispier once you add the milk but I guess it would take more processes and chemicals to change the texture and might change the taste as well. After trying the sweet candy like flavor of chocolate I'm tempted to get the fruit one.

This is definitely something I would buy in the store if I saw it, once in a while it's fun to have a little sweet treat even for breakfast.

But best of all, it makes milk very chocolatey, very quickly. If there is a downside, it is that this cereal gets too soggy too soon, so eat up as soon as you pour your milk. If you want something REALLY good, mix them with Cheerios Peanut Butter or Dulce de Leche for the ultimate caramel/chocolate or peanut butter/chocolate morning breakfast.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The good thing about Krave cereal is that it does taste like chocolate. The chocolate doesn't taste forced or artificial. The texture of the cereal reminds me a little of Chex Mix and it seems like some -not all -pieces have an extra burst of chocolate.

Now the bad thing about this cereal is that it isn't as sweet as I expected it to be. While it does taste like legit chocolate, it doesn't taste like chocolate overload. If you're like me and expect a cereal with fudge, this isn't it.

While I did enjoy this cereal and it is pretty tasty, I don't find myself "krave"-ing it.

Guayaki Sparkling Yerba Mate Organic Cranberry Pomegranate -- 12 fl oz

This is one of the better sparkling drinks I've had in awhile. And even better, it's organic and has great ingredients and still has a good taste.

This particular drink is Yerba Mate with Cranberry Pomegranate flavors. I have to say that the strongest flavor is the cranberry. I didn't really taste the pomegranate or Yerba Mate but the cranberry was nice and strong. Which is just as well as it's one of my favorite flavors. There was just enough fizz and it was like having a soda without all the yucky ingredients. It was a little bit sweet, but the slight bitterness of the cranberry was still noticeable. A 12 oz can was the perfect size too and lasted me all morning at work (although admittedly I'm a sipper, not a guzzler).

The ingredients were very good in this drink. Most of it was organic and it was sweetened with cane sugar, not an artificial sweetener. The ingredient list wasn't very long and all of it was pronounceable. One can had 1.5 servings in it at 65 calories a serving. Which isn't bad. Although I kind of wonder why they decided to make the can 1.5 servings, as that's such an odd way to have a carbonated drink. There are 16 grams of sugar in each serving as well. And according to the can, there are 80 mg of naturally occurring caffeine.

Not a bad drink. I would definitely buy it again as an alternative to soda or energy drinks. It had a great flavor and I felt ok about the ingredients.

I will not purchase this product again, even if it is reduced to a penny a case. I like to enjoy all of the popcorn in the bag, but Pop Secret uses an inferior grade of corn because there are so many shells/husks/seeds in the bag after popping. It is also overly greasy.

Dorset Cereals Muesli, Berries and Cherries, 11.46-Ounce (Pack of 5)

We love Dorset cereals and the Berries and Cherries variety is no exception. This Muesli is not overly sweet, pleasantly tart due to the berries, and very filling. My husband prefers it with milk, I tend to enjoy it with my Greek yogurt it's great both ways and definitely a healthier alternative to these sugar ladden cereals found normally in grocery stores.

My only gripe is that Amazon does not carry all the varieties we have the Dorset Cereals Simply Fruit And Seeds, 12-ounces (Pack of 5) on subscription and just wish the others were available for that as well. Are you listening, Amazon?

I am not a cereal eater, but after trying Dorset Berries and Cherries, I think that I will become one. This cereal is so good, my only fear is eating the whole box in one sitting. The taste is amazing, not too sweet, but delicious enough to think it is a treat. I also like the sustainability of the packaging.

The cereal has lots of dried fruit and is very tasty. I sometimes add more oats. My favorite is the Berry Dorset cereal which cost is now prohibitive.

This product is amazing. I use this to make muesli similar to what I used to eat at brunch at Movenpick Restaurants in Toronto in the late 1980's and 1990's. This is wonderful mixed with shredded apple, any fruit you want to chop and add, and yogurt with a bit of maple syrup or honey. Dorset cereals other mueslis are very good also.

Dorset makes a decent muesli. The problem with this one is the misleading name "Berries and Cherries." In actuality, almost all of the fruit in it is nothing but raisins... and that's why it tastes like nothing but raisins.

Take a look at the ingredients... the first 3 are: "raisins (16%)", "sultanas (16%)" (a type of raisin!), "flame raisins (14%)" (a different type of raisin!). If you add that all up, nearly half of the cereal is raisins. Plus they add currant flavoring to the flakes (yet another type of raisin).

What about the "berries and cherries"? Only 1.5% is a mix of sugar and cranberries, 0.5% cherries, 0.3% raspberries. That's it. No wonder why you can't taste any of those berries in it at all! Why did they do this? Because raisins are cheap and those other berries/cherries are expensive. (Seitenbacher makes great fruit muesli is that's what you're looking for.)

So only buy this if you really love raisins. If that's what you're looking for, you'll love it. But they really need to change the name.
