I personally don't get blood sugar crashes if I exercise a few hours before I should eat.
If I eat it during a crash, I feel kinda yucky and low energy, but the shakes etc go away.My favorite Extend Bar is the Peanut Delight, it reminds me of a "Rice Krispies" peanut butter treats.
I have trouble with my blood sugar dropping, especially in the evening or night. When I eat the Peanut Delight bar as a snack at bedtime I do not have any problem.
I am not a real chocolate person,if you are a chocolate person you will love the chocolate bars and the other flavors are very good too.
I give this product the highest recommendation that I can, try all the flavors I am sure you will love them too. The benefits for diabetic patients are great.

I have tried all varieties of the Extend Bars. In all honesty, I'm not crazy about any of them but the Peanut Butter Crunch, to me, has the most flavor. If you follow a diabetic diet faithfully and experience Dawn Syndrone, these bars will help lower your early morning blood glucose readings. They taste okay for a low carb bar but don't expect your taste buds to jump for joy. Of course, everyone has their own idea of what taste good. I guess the most important thing to remember is that these bars do what they say they do; help control blood sugar and satisfy hunger. For diabetics, Extend Bars are a welcomed tool in helping to manage a healthy diet.

Extend bars are excellent. We have tried two flavors. Loved them both. They arrived timely and in excellent condition. I plan to reorder this product to come automatically. Kathy CarnesWant ExtendBar, Peanut Butter Crunch, 1.41-Ounce Bars (Pack of 15) Discount?
the product features section states bar is high in fiber and low in carbs. it's actually just the opposite with only 1g of fiber and 30g-6g(fiber and alcohol sugar) for a total of 24g carbohydrate. way high if your on the atkins diet.Kashi Go Lean Crunch Large Size Cereal, 25-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 3)

If Amazon keeps this up, I may be able to buy all of my dry goods online. At the Subscribe and Save price, this is an absolute killer deal....comes out to about $1.83 a box. Definitely cheaper than anything I've seen at Ralph's, Von's, or Costco locally! Not quite sure I understand the complaint about not being able to taste any 'apple' flavor. I've been eating Apple Jacks since I was a kid, and this is exactly how it's always been. This is exactly the same stuff you buy at the local market. So if you like Apple Jacks, this is a fine deal through Subscribe and Save.

I was really impressed with the fast service. The cereal was in great condition and the price was better than the sales prices in the store. I would use this deal again.Want Apple Jacks Cereal, 12.2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4) Discount?
I received this 4 pack of cereal on 12/20/11...I looked at the 'best if used by' date on the top...and they all were 9/13/11! Thanks for the 3 month old cereal! I was credited by $ but come on, what is the sense of even sending that old stuff out?
