They have really done it with this honey cheese. Words can't begin to express how much I love it. My favorite is to eat it on a bagel with apricot or strawberry preserves. I would recommend this company and this cheese to everyoneit is DELICIOUS (and it is from Alabama, the best state in the Union). I know what you're thinking. You're thinking that you are on the fence about eating goat cheese. WELL YOU SHOULDN'T BE. Belle Chevre's cheese is basically perfect in every way.
LOVE the Belle and the Bees breakfast cheeses. Fig is my number one favorite, with honey not far behind. I haven't been able to do cream cheese on bagels or English muffins since I found these. A bit of a tang, just enough honey flavor. Fits right into my low fat/low calorie diet. Even more exciting is that they're made right here in Alabama!!!!! Well done!
