I got this for my husband for valentines day. The whole family liked this even better than some homemade recipes we tried. It is light and airy the way a crepe should be. IT came out perfect even on the first crepe we made. We used it with Felix Lingonberry Jam, 14.5 oz also bought from Amazon. Needless to say Hubby and the kids were happy on Valentine's day.
