This cereal made prevention magazines list of the top 10 most nutritious cereals. It's good & a change of pace from regular oatmeal but for those of us that cannot handle dairy or for people like my vegan son it does have whey protein in it. That isn't something I would normally expect for a grain cereal.
update in 2012. It is now vegan, they changed it & it is only whole grains now.I make it with almond milk and I add raisins, brown sugar, cinammon and a banana.
