These are easily my favorite protein bar and I've tried over a dozen kinds.
Edit on 9/27/07: This review pertains to the chocolate peanut Go Lean flavor. I just noticed that Amazon is grouping reviews for all of Kashi's bars together, so without specificity in the review it's impossible to know which product is being reviewed. If you are on Weight Watchers, there is no better snack bar. I eat them for breakfast and, get this, they are only TWO POINTS. You can buy Weight Watchers own bars and they are about one-third the size. These are satisfying and come on, they have one side that's coated in chocolate! I also like that they have plenty of fiber five grams, and are loaded with many essential vitamins. I bought a case of these bars and am about to buy more.
YUMMY!This bar tastes very good! The consistency of it, however, is like a rice cake. That kind of stale popcorn texture. But the taste more than makes up for that. High in fiber and protein makes this bar perfect for an on-the-go meal. This bar doesn't keep you full as long as the Regular Kashi GOLEAN bars, but it does curb you appetite for a while.Yum!! Love these bars. They've got it all: flavor, fillng and fiber! Oh AND chocolate with almonds! These crunchy bars are so much better than the other Kashi bars. And all three flavors are delicious.I just submitted a review of the Chocolate Peanut Bliss bar, a product I've been enjoying regularly for the past couple of months. This bar is very similar to the other flavor in terms of nutritional information as well as consistency, but I don't like this one quite as much. To me the "caramel" flavor in this bar does not much resemble caramel and actually has a bit of a malty flavor. I do enjoy these on occasion for variety, though, and obviously some other reviewers liked the flavor of these more than I did.
