I HAS ALMOST THE FEEL OF EATING WHOLE GRAINS OF WHEAT. I MAKE WAFFLES FROM THE MIX. 2 CUPS OF PANCAKE MIX, 1/2 CUP OIL, LARGE EGG, TWO CUPS CLUB SODA AND 1/2 CUP OF FINE CHOPPED NUTS. YUM!

Unfortunately, they stopped selling it at our local grocery. Tastes so much better than the white flour mixes. The kids love it too. We use it for pancakes and waffles. Works great either way.

We tried this mix a few years ago when we were switching over to higher fiber foods, and we absolutely loved it. It's so good that I often eat the pancakes without any syrup or topping. Unfortunately our local grocery store stopped carrying it last year. We tried other alternatives, but nothing compared. I'm very happy to be able to purchase it online. A couple of the boxes were partially crushed in our last shipment, but that didn't affect the product.
