High Fiber, moderate protein and authentic texture. Full of healthy nutrients. This is a great base oatmeal. I normally eat only half a serving for half a bowl of filling oatmeal. Only 95 calories. You can add brown sugar, peanut butter, fruits, protien powder and you would stay full for hours. This is not instant, so I would advise microwaving the bowl or stove top cooking, over pouring hot water over the dry oatmeal. Great for weightloss
