Kellogg's Frosted Mini Wheats Big Bite Cereal 18-ounce (Pack of 4)

Not sure why these are getting hard to find except on AMAZON. These taste better than the mini bites, so Kelloggs take note, this cereal still has fans.

Ever wonder where the Big Bite Mini Wheats went to? I wrote to Kellogs to get the scoop and according to them they still make them and have no plans at present to discontinue. It's up to individual stores whether they want to sell them or not, and it seems they are allocating the shelf space to the small Mini Wheats and the flavored varieties. SO, if you are a Mini Wheats "purist" and prefer the original to the newer, small bits (which, by the way, don't taste the same) then this is the way to go-these are the real deal! I can no longer find Big Bites anywhere near my location, so the auto-ship through Amazon provides an excellent solution. Big Bite Mini Wheats are the best!

My favorite cereal of all time! However, a tragedy has swept through the country. All local stores have ditched the BIG bite for the Bite Size and new mini size. Why, I guess people like the small stuff. However, as an avid Mini Wheats eater for many, many years, the smaller ones don't taste the same as the BIG BITE for whatever reason. Amazon is the only place I can find this scrumptious cereal, although for more than I would typically pay for a box of cereal, and you have to buy 4. Oh well, at least I can once again subject my taste buds to sugary deliciousness. Thanks Amazon!

The original big bite is so much better than the mini bites, texture and consistency are better. So glad I found somewhere that sells these as they are no longer available anywhere at a local store.

I wish they had never made Mini Wheats smaller. These are the original size, not the size they sell on the shelves that *says* their the original size but are actually bite sized, these are the big ones they made first. Only 4 stars because they're expensive at Amazon, but at least you can still get them!
