I've been on a health kick for the past 8 months and have lost 30 pounds so far. I'm at my ideal weight, so just maintaining now. That being said, I've been cooking with everything being low fat, fat free, etc. I must say I was quite pleased when I tried this peanut butter. It seems to be a little more runny than regular peanut butter, but it's not really runny per say. It's just not as creamy as regular. As far as the taste is concerned, it really does have a great flavor to it. It's hard to describe, but it does taste very close to the real thing. I will definitely be buying more of this, as I love anything with peanut butter in it. Give it a shot....you won't be sorry.
