Nature's Path Qi'a Chia Buckwheat and Hemp Cereal, Original, 7.94-Ounce

Nature's Path Qi'a Chia Buckwheat and Hemp Cereal, Original, 7.94-OunceI have been trying to become svelte -or less substantial -all my life. Q'ia is the first product that helps. It's protein-rich, organic, and it expands 16 times its original size in the stomach. I have mixed it with oatmeal, sprinkled it on toast, or simply downed two tablespoons (140 calories) before breakfast. The result is that I have been feeling FULL -not uncomfortable -and happy. And although I can still see myself in the pond, I have lost weight without feeling deprived. Another review on Amazon carped that the product was expensive and that anyone could go to a health food store and put together the ingredients. This is superficially true, but I bless Nature's Path for coming up with the izdea and making it a product that one could buy and use without being a kitchen chemist. My Amazon reviewer's name is RAVENOUS FELLOW -because of Q'ia, I am much more a MODERATE FELLOW. For real!

It's interesting that the buckwheat doesn't get soft but the chia seeds do; it makes for an interesting mix of textures! It's the first non-sweet sugar-free granola that I've liked...

I purchased this cereal at my local grocery store. Totally yummy! No need for added sweeteners a HUGE plus! Try it with unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, and fresh fruit. Or no added fruit at all it's that good! It's filling and nutritious. Give this a try.

I just tried this cereal for the first time and it is so delicious!! I prepared it per the package instructions, mixing it with almond milk and adding a drop or two of vanilla extract. So tasty and a little goes a VERY long way! Try it, I'm sure you will like it.

The taste was good. I didn't care for the itty bitty pieces, so I put it in other foods instead of eating it by itself.
