This mix is simple to use. I calculated that you must add 5.5 oz of water to 1 cup of mix. That is for those who do not mix a whole bag at one time. I use 2 cups mix and 11 oz. of water to make four Belgian waffles. The mix makes light full and crispy waffles. The taste is excellent. I do add some cinnamon to the batter for a bit more flavor. Highly recommended.
