This is hands down the best GF pancake mix ever. My daughter and husband both very picky did not know it was GF and LOVED it. So glad I don't have to make seperate sunday breakfast for me anymore. The whole XO line is absolutely delish.

A good gluten / yeast free alternative! My wife is on a yeast free / sugar free /dairy free diet and loves these. The whole family loved these. The waffle recipe calls for adding milk we use almond milk with good results! Try adding a little vanilla or sugar free jam to the batter for an awesome taste!

My son has allergies to gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts. I ordered this pancake mix to add to a long list of trials of allergy-free pancake mixes. I'm sad to say that I used the entire bag trying to make the recipe work with egg replacers and it just didn't cook. Unfortunately it was a waste of 10 bucks.

Who doesn't cringe when they hear "gluten free"? Especially kids.

THIS product is delish kids (and adults) who turn up their noses at GF love them. Texture is atypically light for GF products. A tad on the sweet side, but lots of folks like that. . they make delicious pancakes, and can subsequently be used as crepes for jam and/or fruit, or to make sandwich rolls. YUM!
