The serving size is generous for a 'granola', 3/4cup vs some that are only 1/4cup servings. We do go through a box pretty quickly though!!

This is a delicious cereal that is organic, doesn't have too much sugar, doesn't cut your mouth like some crystalized flakes and is fun to have on the table to give your teenagers something to roll their eyes about! I figure about 4 good-sized breakfast bowls of cereal in each box, so it runs a little less than a dollar a serving. Not cheap, and not a lot in each box, but this can be said of most granolas. It holds me over until lunch. I'll buy this again.I melt 1.5 lbs. of dark(72%) chocolate and mix a box of this in with it. Although Amazon has this cereal (nature's path hemp granola gluten free) in the "gluten-free" specialty section, the manufacturer does not consider it to be gluten-free due to the presence of oats that are non-GF certified. I'm sure the cereal is quite good, but because I assumed that Amazon was careful in assigning items to the gluten-free list, I bought it and now can't eat it. Please be cautious when purchasing "gluten-free" items from Amazon and always check with the manufacturer if in doubt. Amazon, please take note of this and make the correction! Enough already!
