This granola has added a "legal" great tasting cereal to my low sugar high fiber breakfast. I sprinkle some across my cereal bowl and it turns a basic cereal mix to one with real taste. I bought it to place me in the free shipping category (Amazon's own program.) I was not disappointed and plan to buy more. If I had the storage space, I would buy the large quantity offered by them.
