Been trying to cleanup my diet and I was looking for an alternate to Whey protein for a PWO drink. Been taking this for a couple of weeks, and I have no complaints. I'm no nutritional expert, but ingredients look great as far as the label goes... The taste is totally palatable with water, but if need be, mix it with some carrot juice or lemonade if you are really sensitive to the grassy taste and slightly gritty texture.
