My family loves these...even my kids age 13, 15 and 16 use them for their backpacks and before althletics. This is their favorite flavor...it is not waxy at all, no bad aftertaste or gritty waxy feel in the mouth. I love how much protein is in them and the low calories...170! With the glycemic index being as it is, we stay full for longer...not the ups and downs of the high sugar rush.
