The flavor of this product is excellent. They also make it without the cinnamon, but the cinnamon definitely "makes" this product, and also may help control your blood sugar.
I usually eat this with another cereal mixed in, but it is quite edible on its own. I just don't need 25 grams of fiber first thing in the morning.
You could also use this cereal as a fiber supplement and eat a small amount periodically through the day.My husband swears by this cereal and its ability to keep him regular. Tastes like sawdust to me, but works wonders for constipation. Enjoy!
