Grafton Village has done a great job with their Maple Smoked Cheddar. The smoked flavor was not overpowering, and it made an excellent grilled cheese sandwich on whole grain bread, and was also great grated over a spinach and arugula salad. There are a lot of smoked cheeses out there, and this is one of the better ones.
