Navitas Naturals Sprouted Omega SuperSeed Blend, 8-Ounce

I have been doing this for 5 years. It is a good blend. Tried it once, only I make my own mix.

It came fresh and blended well. In my mixer. Things like this take time, to work in you. Check the website navitasnaturals. For more recipes, and videos.

Some of these items have been talked about on The DOCTORS. DR. OZ his website has a 3 day juicing and smoothie plan.

I really hope this helps you. In your search for better health. Even if you use just some of these items. It is well worth trying them.

Here is what I do, Use 3 to 4 servings of each, drink it in 3 days or less. Add water, Hemp milk or Almond milk. About 1/2 full.

1/2 cup Hemp protein power

1 cup Hemp seed nut

1 Tlbs. Chia seed powder (this will gel if you let it sit)

1 Tlbs. Acai

1 Tlbs. Lucuma

2 Tlbs. Gelatinized Maca

2 Tlbs. Dulse flakes

1 tsp. Camu Camu

1/3 cup Cacao (strong tasting, you will know if you use too much)

1 to 2 cups Frozen Blueberries or cherries, mango.

Navitas Coconut Palm Sugar (or YACON to taste)

Also I add some goldenseal root. Not every day.

(Today, goldenseal is marketed as a tonic to aid digestion, sooth upset stomach, and as an antibacterial agent. It is considered a natural antibiotic and is most often combined with echinacea in preparations designed to strengthen the immune system. However, only one study found that goldenseal might help boost white blood cells (a measure of the infection fighting ability of the immune system), and it wasn't well designed.

Start with the bleander half full of water. Mix the Hemp nut, Dulse flakes and frozen fruit first; on high, till it makes a "milk".

Then the rest of each item, you want in it. If it gets too thick. Add some more water.

You can add yogurt, take the seaweed flakes out if you like. it will taste good if you work on it.

I use this everyday... great additive to my smoothies! Tasty and so good for you. Nothing else like it on the market!

I enjoy instant oatmeal for breakfast or for a snack; however, often brands (Quaker for instance) include too much sugar and other additives. I love Dr. McDougall's oatmeal because it's organic, it has much less sugar but it's still very flavorful, it has lots of real fruit pieces, and it has nutritious grains. A great filling food that I can trust to be healthy! Great fuel!

This peach raspberry instant oatmeal is excellent. It's pleasantly, not overwhelmingly, sweet. It has wonderful grains and textures. The peach and raspberry bits taste natural, not artificial. A hit with my 14-year old son and my college-age niece, who took several cups back to school with her. Highly recommended for a fast, nutritious breakfast.

I love Dr. McDougall's products, and this is my favorite instant oatmeal (compared to his other flavors and the Nature's Path oatmeal I eat at work). The large size makes is a hearty meal and it fits perfectly into my cup holder. So, when I get to college in the morning at 7am, I can eat this wholesome breakfast and feel full most of the morning until class ends at 12:30 pm. Not too much sugar yet still flavorful. Good texture, too.

I prefer this over the other flavors.

First thing you notice when you stir up the cup of cereal with the requisite water is that there are whole raspberries in there, not just raspberry flavoring or bits. Real fruit. Nice.

I cooked it a bit longer (10 seconds) than the suggested time (1 minute, 45 seconds), and I let it sit three minutes. It came out fine. The texture is nice--you have real chewability here. Not mush. Real bite. And the sweetness is great for adults--not cloying, unlike cereals would appeal more to kids.

The size is quite generous. In fact, I wish it was a bit smaller size, honestly. It's 300 calories for the whole cup (8 grams of fiber total). I find that I eat 2/3 of it and am fine. Besides, I like a variety type breakfast (ie, eggs with toast and juice, oatmeal and an egg white scramble with veggies, etc). I don't just like ONE thing (ie, oatmeal or just toast or just eggs). So, I eat part of this, save the rest to use as a dessert after dinner: I add canned peaches (or frozen) over it, sprinkle with cinnamon and add some honey, nuke it--my own little superfast peach cobbler. :)

If you want a convenience hot cereal, this is a good choice if you like oats, barley and some subtle real fruit flavor and sweetness.

This does have soy, though, in case you're sensitive. No dairy, though.

Wow! Wow! What a great product. I am 70 and have been slow cooking steel-cut oatmeal for over 50 years. Now, that my 96 year old Mom is living with me and I am her caretaker, I have been looking for some nutritious short cuts and decided to give this a try. I was dubious because even some of my favorite brands like Trader Joe's Instant Oatmeal were dismal. This is the real McCoy. We both like chewy, filling hot cereal without a lot of sweet taste and this is simply delicious. One cup provides two servings one for each of us. How thrifty is that! Erin Baker's Homestyle Granola, Fruit & Nut, 12-Ounce Bags (Pack of 6)

The texture is fine but this has a very odd background flavor to it. I've tried to place it and think it might be from the coconut but I'm just not sure. Though I enjoyed this brand's Oatmeal Raisin granola, I would never buy this flavor again.

this granola has great taste. Chewy with lots of good things for you. Great out of the bag or in milk. Could use a little more nuts and fruit but doesn't change that it is really good.

Let me put it to you this way. No other granola has me on the internet searching for it so I can buy it in bulk to save money. Seriously. It's crazy how much I love this stuff. I complained to the owner of the store where I buy it that this particular flavor always sells out first. He now keeps 2 extra cases on hand just for me.

This granola is unique. Maybe that's why some people don't like it. It's like none I've ever tasted. Once I made a bowl of it and had to stick it in the fridge to go and answer the door. I of course forgot about it till the next day. I saw it and it had turned into a oatmeal of sorts. I decided to taste it and damn if it wasn't good in a different way.

This is premium granola. It's not for beginners.

The granola was too crumbly. I assumed that granola should be more stuck together (more chunky). Instead of eating on its own, I had to use the crumbs for cereal. Taste was average. I was rather disappointed. I would not buy this product again.

Bio-Strath Bio-Strath

As a rule it's very hard for me to know if an over the counter remedy is helping or not but I started Bio-Strath when it was taking me what seemed like forever to recover from knee surgery -I had no energy, no appetite etc. and wondered if I ever would again. Within a few days of taking Bio-Strath I felt pretty much normal. The taste is unpleasant but the effect is worth it. I stopped taking it and after a week or so began to feel enervated again. When I resumed taking it, my energy once again returned to normal. I am now trying the pills (because of the taste) and they seem to work just as well. In the beginning I was taking it 3 times a day but have now cut down to twice a day with no adverse change in my energy levels. I can't guarantee that the improvement is due to Bio-Strath but the evidence seems to point that way.

And my recovery time is dayssss shorter.

Great booster too when dealing with long fatiguing hours of travel, or any stressful situation. I can't say enough good things about BS! Don't want to sound like an infomercial (!), but I feel more confident having a bottle of BS by my side!

This is an excellent tonic. It was recommended as part of a diet to recover from a cronic disease and it is working wonders. With the new scare on arsenic levels in rice, I did several hours of research and found that different parts of the US that grow rice had different levels of arsenic in the soil which the rice then soaked up. I am feeding my 6 month old son brown rice cereal and am very concerned about the arsenic levels I read about. I bought this brand and after learning the rice they use is grown in Texas, and that Texas is listed as one of the higher arsenic levels, I am returning this product and purchasing Bobs Red Mill organic Brown rice farina. This rice is grown in California which is listed as the least arsenic levels (almost undetectible). I tried Quinoa and my son didn't like it. With our children having been recently diagnosed with Celiac disease (Gluten intollerance), this product has been a great discovery as an excellent gluten free hot breakfast cereal. I bought this because all of the reviews were so good, but I just don't like it. It's slightly bitter and the texture is unpleasant to me. It's unusual for me not to like something-I'm not really picky about much.I really love Bob's Red Mill "Mighty Tasty". I also love Cream of Rice. I hope I can give it away to someone who will use it up, because I now have 4 boxes and just can't eat it. I fixed it both in the microwave and on the stove. I doctored it up with butter, pecans and maple syrup and still didn't like it. Then I tried it with butter and cheddar cheese-no luck. Sambazon Smoothie Packs - Original Blend

Why is this acai brown?? Real acai is not supposed to be brown, but dark purple! Why do they add Soy lecithin and vegetable juice?
