Runa Amazon Guayusa Organic Cinnamon - Lemongrass, 1 Pound

First time trying guayusa tea just as described, smooth and stimulating. Much easier on the stomach than coffee, no jitters (even though I drink 2-3 cups throughout the morning). Delicious taste, too. Even if I haven't slept well, the tea helps me feel energetic throughout the morning and afternoon. Definitely lives up to its reputation.

Although I enjoy its flavor, I have never been able to drink coffee because it makes me feel jittery and nervous instead of energetic. Guayusa tea, on the other hand, is a different story, full of pleasure only. Drinking one or two cups of guayusa in the morning gives me energy all day long, without any buzz or jittery feeling. The flavor of this tea is also smooth and sweet, with perfectly balanced hints of cinnamon and lemongrass. It tastes nice hot but I find that I like it best cold.

I have fallen in love with these Runa Teas I do mine loose I have the original -excellent nice gentle smooth taste this is the same with lemon grass and hint of cinnamon it is so smooth -these have become my go to drink in morning no more coffee -- I love the spice mix of this It doesn't overwhelm the tea itself just adds to it -- these are excellent products ! this one doesn't require any sweetener - I love when you can have a tea just the tea -enjoy

The spice variety is one of my favorites-it has a nice cinammon quality without being too overpowering like a lot of spice teas i've had. also, guayusa is a pretty amazing product in itself. Big thumbs up.

I didn't feel like it did anything, but then again, there isn't somekind of lucid dream/out of body pill out there we can take to induce these things, at least not that the public knows about. The tea is good thought. I enjoyed the taste. I would say this is better than green tea and other teas we're used to buying.

So final thoughts.

-if you want to have obe's/lucid dreams, try it. Coffee, sugar, etc, never really had any effect on me, so maybe its just me and my body, and is why the tea did nothing for me. Maybe your body will react to the tea differently and YOU will have some experience. So try it. Remember when it come to the obe/lucid dream phenomenon, you have to find what works for you. Some just have them naturally, others have to keep a dream journal, reality checks, etc. So don't give up. If this doesn't help, find some other form to help you induce obe's/lucid dreams.

-Teas not that bad. So if you don't care about lucid dreams/obe's ( if you don't, you should care, its a real pheomenon ) you should try the tea because it tastes great. I add a little honey sometimes and its pretty good.

Seattle's Best Level 4 Ground, 12-Ounce

Received this Seattle's Best Coffee 12-oz. Ground Coffee, Level 4 as a Christmas gift, and found it to be as good as I had heard from friends. The bag said "rich, elegant, complex" and this habitual daily coffee drinker can agree with each of those adjectives. This is one that I will come back to.

Had to go look up what the level rankings were for these coffees, and if you like a slightly stronger coffee, as I do, then you might be happy with this one. Will personally pass on the Level 3, but their Seattle's Best Coffee 12-oz. Ground Coffee, Level 5, having a "roasty aroma, rich flavor with low acidity and body" sounds interesting.

Subjective rating of Seattle's Best Coffee, Level 4:

Aroma: 5-stars

Taste: 4-stars

But does it live up to the name "Seattle's Best Coffee" as this brand is called? That could be one of the most subjective opinions here. Call me easy to please, but Eight O'Clock Coffee, Original Whole Bean, 12-Ounce Bag (Pack of 4) is what I call my "standard" everyday coffee. But what do I call a 5-star coffee? Try the Magnum Jamaican Blue Mountain Blend Coffee, Whole Bean, 2 Lb Bag or the more costly Wallenford Blue 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee 16oz Whole Beans and break out your grinder.

Another personal 4-star "standard" is Starbucks Pike Place Roast Coffee, Ground, 12-Ounce Bags (Pack of 2), which should be familiar to many. This "house blend" from Starbucks can be found across the world, and if you want a decent comparison to the Seattle's Best Level 4, this might be it.

Again, choices in coffee can be very subjective, so explore and find a favorite. I personally like to keep the 5-star coffees for weekends or special occasions, and that's when I switch to beans and break out the grinder, but again that's a personal choice.

Maybe after trying a few more bags this highly-subjective rating will go up, but this coffee dinker is calling the Seattle's Best Level 4 ground coffee a good, solid 4-star choice. And now for another cup...

This is my favorite coffee to drink every morning while I'm headed to work. Sometimes on lunch break, I come home to make another cup to return to work with. However, this coffee costs $5.38 @ my local walmart; so my money is currently spent there purchasing this product. This may not be true in all areas, so if this is a good deal for your area, definitely try purchasing this coffee. #5 is good too.

I was being lazy and decided since my new coffee maker was still being shipped I would buy my coffee online to avoid stopping at the store. I love the coffee, it is not overpowering, and does not upset my stomach like many others. However, I live in Washington state and found this same item at the grocery store for $4 a few days after I purchased it. If you live in Washington state just go to the store and buy 2 packages for what you pay for 1 here.

These bars are fantastic tasting. They do have 7g sugar per bar (for a 36g bar that's nearly 20% sugar). For people with a sweet tooth like me, these are a great alternative to other chocolate, candy, and less healthy snack bars. Sure, there are plenty of things out there that are better for you, but I've yet to find any that taste like this.

These bars are great, but the Kellogg's FiberPlus Bars, Dark Chocolate Almond, 5 Bars, 6.3-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) are even better!

I found these at the grocery store about a year ago and thought I would try them. I need all of the fiber I can get and they are 120 calories. The first time I ate one I was shocked at how good it was. They are better than any candy bar that I have ever eaten. My daughters even love them. Needless to say I am addicted to them. It also helps knowing that when I eat one it is not nearly as bad for me as a candy bar. I would definately ecommend that everyone ty thse bars. With subscription it comes to 2.50 per box or 50 cents per 1.2 oz bar. A reasonable price and I do not have to remind my wife to get them for me at the store.

I keep these handy at work. If I get hungry and do not have time to eat, these tide me over quite nicely and are very tasty and handily satisfy my chocolate cravings if I am under a lot of stress (which I used to fulfill with Fastbreaks which, per oz, have 40% more total calories, 60% more fat calories and 1/7th the fiber).

There are many alternatives out there, but I find that these have the best ratio of taste, cost and nutrition out there right now.

Warning 2: There are a lot of man-made ingredients and many would not consider that to be "healthy".

Another big bonus with Amazon subscription is that they are probably a LOT fresher than the stuff you buy in the grocery stores. It may be coming directly from the factory as it arrives in a Kellogg box, not an Amazon box (tho it does have an Amazon return address).

I used to bring one of these tasty bars to school with me every day for a little snack. I realized that I had been more gassy than lately but didn't think too much about the cause. Then my grandma would comment on how they made her gassy all day & I thought maybe these were to blame but wasn't too sure. I drink multiple cups of tea each day. This is my favorite. The taste is mild and comforting. The scent of the tea is my favorite part. Its really hard to find locally and I was very pleased to find this delightful 50 count box. I received my package on time as expected the box is wrapped in plastic wrapping. The scent you get when you unwrap the plastic is fantastic. I will repurchase when I run out. Side not try adding some cream to it the taste is lovely.
