I really like these and keep them in my car to have in case of snack attacks. I am over 50 now and trying to eat healthy. I would give it 5 stars, but it may not be the most nutritious bar ever (from the ratings I have seen regarding nutrition). Still, they are tasty, not horribly bad for you, and have a reasonable number of calories. Good enough for me!

Good. Unusual flavor but made me feel like I was eating healthy even though I wanted them just for the sweet.

I really like the taste. It seems to give me energy and fuel to burn. I just wish it packed more of a punch. But overall I recommend!

These bars are really good. Not too bad for you, great taste, texture is nice and chewy. Flavor is delicious, peanut butter, YUM. And yes they give you a good burst of energy.

A huge part of my diet consists of eating bars; with 3 kids and running a few businesses, I have time issues. Until recently, I would grab a bar in between meals. Not too long ago, bars took on a whole new meaning in my life when I tried the "Cookie Diet."

For a couple of weeks, I was buying the cookies from "my Center". One day, out of curiosity I decided to take the ingredients of the diet cookie I was eating to the local Sprouts to see if there was a bar that had the same makeup. This was when I discovered the PowerBar Pure and Simple Roasted Peanut Butter bar. This bar was a true find: (1) the nutritional value matched the cookie almost exactly; (2) the bar was so much cheaper; and (3) the bar was so much better tasting than the cookie.

The Bar is light and tasty. I agree with the reviewer that said they need more flavors; I am not a fan of the Cranberry Oatmeal.

Not going to satisfy you like one of the more caloric bars but is great at taking care of you until your next meal.

It's unfortunate that energy bars are shrinking, you have to eat two to feel like you ate anything. This one wasn't that impressive. Tasted to me like oats and raisins with side of peanut flavor. High carb and not that high of content of anything good..basically a glorified, healthier granola bar. Not worth the price in my opinion and I won't be repurchasing. I've had much better.

Go Raw Live Pumpkin Bar, 10 - 13 gram Bars

These come out to about 1$ a bar or less, and if you consider them about a third the size of a 'normal' bar....it's about average price in raw bar world. Granted, the bar is tiny, only 60 calories and thin; but I LOVE that! It's easy portion control and just the right size for me when I am on the trail or in between meetings. Don't expect a meal replacement, it's just a small snack; but it works out for my lifestyle quite nicely. It's also raw and delicious!

Taste is good, just you get so little in a bar. Very crispy, four wafer thin bites to a bar. Good taste but very disappointed in the size for the price.

These are just the right size to take in a lunch with some fruit or to have in your bag if you need a snack. The larger bar at my local store is $3.29 and is too large to eat at once. Super happy with this purchase. If you like punpkin seeds with a llight sweet crispy taste, these are just the ticket. I think they are delicious!

These bars are a few quick bites of raw seeds in something sticky enough to bind them together. While they are convenient and true to the cause, their size makes them less than a good value and for the money, i'm going back to carrying raw seed in a baggie. Sorry Go Raw . . .

Take it from this died-in-the-wool oatmeal addict, you don't want your cupboard to be bare of this product. Forget the dried out packets that lurk in your grocery aisle, because they not only look but taste like cardboard. These oats have a higher moisture content already, and so they are naturally more plump in the bowl, and their taste is more consistent with long-cook-time oatmeal than any of their other counterparts. The added ingredients really are only the finest, and the taste proves it raisins are yummy when plucked directly from the packet! I don't care for cooked bananas, but the banana oatmeal is just as delicious as my favorite maple flavor. The price is reasonable for this organic, gluten-free product. The taste is without parallel. I have been gluten-free for over 5 years and dairy and soy-free for 9 months. My daughter has been corn-free for quite some time and gluten and dairy-free for the past 10 months. We were ecstatic when we learned about Glutenfreeda's Oatmeal being safe for both of us. It had been soooo long since I could make a packet of flavored oatmeal in a jiffy. And with my daughter's corn-allergy, it has been even longer for her. We are now in heaven and love all three flavors, but my favorite is the Banana Maple and my daughter's fav is the Maple Raisin. We eat it for breakfast, snacks, whatever. It isn't as sweet as we both like it, but a spoon of demerara organic sugar and we're both ready to enjoy.

Anyone who can buy any brand or kind of instant oatmeal off the shelf just can not fathom our excitement, but it is truly a wonderful thing to be able to enjoy instant oatmeal again!!

Oatmeal is a tough one for people who are gluten-free out of medical necessity. Technically oats are naturally gluten-free. However, oats are a rotation crop with wheat, barley and rye particularly in the United States; your mileage may vary in other countries, making it even more confusing! What a "rotation crop" means is the verboten grains planted in other years pop up in the field with the oats, thus cross-contaminating both in the field and within the harvesting & processing. Gluten-free oats are grown like organic oats, requiring the field to be unused for four years prior to planting, and then processed on specific equipment only for the gluten-free oats.

Up until recently, the only option was Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oats. Don't get me wrong -their oats are great, especially for baking into recipes, but it is complicated and time-consuming to make oatmeal as a dish on its own the old-fashioned way. I've found they rarely come out the way I want them for that purpose. Additionally, they only come in plain.

Enter Glutenfreeda with flavored instant oatmeal. Let me repeat that: flavored instant oatmeal. And it's delicious! It comes in several flavors: apple cinnamon, maple raisin, banana maple, natural (plain), strawberry & brown sugar, cranberry cinnamon, and a variety pack containing the first three listed flavors. All of them contain (extremely healthy) flax except for plain. Like any "normal" instant oatmeal, this product can be prepared with piping hot water from a kettle or in a microwave. Easy peasy!

This product is perfect for making vegan gram crackers for the purpose of making either crackers alone or the gram cracker pie crust. I was worried about adding bran to my crackers will make them fall apart since the bran cuts the gluten making it less sticky, but it turned to be DELICIOUS and GREAT. Wheat bran also is a perfect product for adding more fiber to my diet.

I think this is a great product. My kids dont get regular chocolate milk, so they think this is a special treat and love it. If you have kids who are looking for the taste of regular chocolate milk they probably wont think thhis is as good, but my kids have no idea and bet for this "chocolate milk". Love that its packed with nutrients.

Ive bought the large tubs with scoops in the past but was intrigued by the single serve pouches since it might keep the powder fresher since we dont go through it so fast. But i realized that it provides less flexibility in the amounts you use, such as it you want to make a light bigger or smaller batch. So i will be going back to the tubs with scoops. Might be good for travel.

My very picky 3 year old begs for this now, It has saved me some worry about him not getting enough nutrients from veggies/fruits. I know fresh is better, but he will literally not try a bite. This bridges the gaps until he will. Thanks Superfoods
