This product is perfect for making vegan gram crackers for the purpose of making either crackers alone or the gram cracker pie crust. I was worried about adding bran to my crackers will make them fall apart since the bran cuts the gluten making it less sticky, but it turned to be DELICIOUS and GREAT. Wheat bran also is a perfect product for adding more fiber to my diet.

It's a big bag of bran! It was in good shape, and made good bran muffins. The bag contains more bran that I can use in a year though.
