I bought these thinking that I would try something different. These are amazing. Fig preserves are a southern tradition. Excellent tasting fig spread. Almost addictive, I love it with Brie and crackers and also as a spread for my breakfast toast. At the stop and shop saw couple jars of the orange fig variety stuck behind christmas baskets. Bought it our of curiosity. It was excellent. I went back and bought the rest of them.
