Classic Gourmet Food and Snack Gift Basket - Multiple Sizes

The basket I received did not contain all of the items as described/pictured. It did not contain the Camembert cheese, but instead a block of orange garlic cheese. It also contained water crackers instead of the sesame crackers. It did not contain the butter toffee popcorn or Ghiradelli chocolates at all. It did contain a package of two tea bags which is not pictured or mentioned. Also what is pictured, but not described is a box with a wafer in it. Make note the product features and product description slightly differ. The description mentions Mrs. Prindables caramel confections which the basket also did not contain. The basket looked nice, but I would say it is overpriced for what I received. Granted it is a small/cheaper basket, but it feels like it is filled with larger boxes with not much product. I gave this to my dad and when he opened the box of wafers it only contained one. The box of toffee only contained two. The truffle box is smaller/different than the one featured and looks like it contains only one or two pieces. The Camembert cheese pictured looks larger, but the garlic cheese that came in it was a smaller 6 oz piece without the fancy box. I was thinking of buying larger baskets for this Holiday season, but now I think I will pass.

I hate to not be able to say positive and glowing things about items I order, but I was a bit crest fallen when the package arrived and both baskets were not what I thought they should be. OK, I'll take the hit on that account. I ordered two of these baskets to give to two co-workers. Gave them the gifts this last Friday so they could enjoy them (hopefully) over the weekend. Just be aware that the packages are not as big as you would think from seeing the pictures, but then again, I should have used common sense, my fault. I will update this after I talk to my co-workers tomorrow. I would give this 3.5 stars but since I can't, will give them the benefit of the extra star.

It is beautiful, but there were a few cookies that where stale. They immediately sent a care package as compensation. Their service is good and they care about their customers.

We received this gift basket...very unimpressed when we opened it...very little product,fancy boxes

with tiny amounts made to look big in this basket....the butter cookies were the kind you get at

Walgreens in a tin...and they gave you a few in a little box made to look fancy. The almonds were so salty

you could not eat them and really nice that they gave you "one" package of hot chocolate makes 8oz...not even two

for you and a spouse or friend...not very professional at all. Everything was so stuck together with sticky dots that you couldn't set anything down or it stuck to something else. Lots of filler in the basket to make it look

full....they need to improve their presentation and products. Would not recommend.

then this is your deal. I use shredded wheat for many other uses than just cereal with milk. I use it as a cracker substitute with sliced cheeses, crutons for soup, and dog treats! The value on the size of these boxes is great...compare the prices in your grocery.

I have loved shredded wheat since I was a kid it's such a good crunchy backdrop for fresh summer berries or peaches, or bananas or dried fruit in the winter. Yesterday I was at my local grocery looking for just plain shredded wheat not a SINGLE box was not frosted with some kind of sugary coating. It is no wonder there is an obesity epidemic in this country :-( Decided I'd check online to see if I could obtain it that way as opposed to in the market and was delighted to discover that Amazon not only carried it, but it's a Prime item! I am widowed so 5 boxes will last me awhile, but especially in summer when wonderful fruit is in season, I will be having this for breakfast most days. Thanks, Amazon!

I like the bite size pieces a little more than the larger biscuits. I had a little cinnamon sugar sometimes, but usually eat with almond milk and that helps give a little more flavor.

I've been eating Familia since I was in college in the late 60's (it was just the red box then). The taste and quality have never declined. The "no added sugar" version is even better than the original. The price Amazon offers with a subscription is awesome. Mix 1/2 cup Familia with 3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt, take your shower, and come back to a wonderful breakfast.

1/4 cup muesli plus 1/2 to 2/3 cup any flavor Kefir and 1 T. Salba, stir and let sit for 30 or more min, and eat with 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh fruit mixed in; breakfast at its best. Digestive problems solved after all these years, but it took a few months on this regimen. Have faith and stick with it. You'll be soooooooo glad you did.

I was looking for the wonderful familia Swiss Muesli I enjoyed as a child. It is not available in most grocery stores and I do not live near a health food source. Tastes great when cooked with organic fat free milk, be generous with milk. I eat mostly in the evening, not in the morning, instead of eating some junk food. When you are hungry and have nothing to eat, prepare this in two minutes and enjoy. Amazon price is really competitive, it's $3-$4 less per box, depending on whether you buy 6 pack or 12 pack.

This cereal has made a big difference to me. I used to have a sensitive system, but this cereal has made life a lot easier. I eat pretty carefully, but with this cereal, I can eat unpredictably (as we all sometimes do) and still feel great. It is a natural regulator. Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I am not someone who likes most "breakfast" foods, like eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. So cereals, hot or cold, make up a lot of my breakfast choices. I am always looking for something new, so I was super excited to try Kellogg's Krave.

The first thing I noticed was the nutritional information. A 3/4 cup serving is only 120 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 3 grams of fiber, and 2 grams protein. Not awful nutritionally, certainly better than a lot of cereals out there.

When I opened the box, it was initially just to look at the cereal, but Hubby and I tried a piece dry. It has a nice crunch, and tasty flavor. It was not overly chocolatey, just a mere hint of chocolate in the middle, which I actually really liked. I tried some with soy milk as a late night snack. With my milk, it was only 155 calories. And I enjoyed every single one. It stayed crunchy in the milk, and it had a nice flavor. I especially liked that the cereal was not overly sweet, just sweet enough with a hint of chocolate.

I really liked the cereal, and it is a nice way to break of the routine of oatmeal and traditional healthy cereals. In terms of where it falls on the health-taste balance, Krave falls somewhere between Kashi and Cocopuffs. I would, and in fact already have, recommend this to someone looking for a good cereal to break up the breakfast routine.

So when I had a chance to pick up another new cereal food group combo chocolate and sugar, who could pass it up. To top it off, the nuggets stay crispy enough (not like Capt'n Crunch, but as good as Frosted Flakes) through the entire bowl. The nugget piece is not cardboard tasting like other cereals (the round circles that have gone all anti-cholesterol on me) and the chocolate center is a terrific late taste bud pleaser. So I'm rating it a very good addition to the cabinet stock.

The center is a chocolate filling, made with cocoa and chocolate, with a consistency somewhere between syrup and mousse. It is a bit on the sweet side, so children will definitely like it and adults shouldn't be put off by it. The shell is a crunchy, grainy texture. When served with milk, the shell softens and becomes somewhat slimy, which is a rather odd feeling in the mouth, but not really unacceptable.

Krave is a bit on the expensive side, but considering the price of most popular breakfast cereals today, it is not out of line. However, I wonder if it was really necessary to use embossing on the box? Doesn't that add to the cost, unnecessarily?

The chocolate inside isn't as much as the carton indicates (as usual with groceries!), but I think if there were more it would overwhelm the rest of it. Good, good stuff. I guess if I had kids I would buy this for them as a *treat*, not an actual nutritious breakfast. It probably has good vitamins and minerals, but I personally can't eat one serving by itself; so I would imagine your average munchkin would have the same difficulty.

But it's not Nutella or Ghiradelli in cereal form, either. At best, it's average, and I doubt that I'll buy another box.

Why? Mostly due to the "crunchy coating." It's hard to describe the texture of these little floury pillows. They are a little bit like the texture (but not the taste) of Captain Crunch, in that they dissolve almost instantly when you bite it. But the moistened coating sticks tenaciously to your teeth after you eat the cereal, which turned out to be the thing that turned me off the most. It's one thing to rinse your mouth after eating, it's another to scrub your teeth as if you had been chewing taffy.

The chocolate in my box of cereal was almost skimpy. It was solid and not terrible chocolate, much to my surprise. Frankly the chocolate, although average, was the best part of cereal. It was the bizarre crunchy layer that had the main taste/texture/aftertaste problem that made the cereal a no go in my house.

Well I just heated up my first bowl of Oatfit and was ready for some warm good oatmeal on a cold morning. Unfortunately I had to spit it out after the second bite. It is extra mushy and it leaves an awful after taste. Very artificial and almost bitter. For an extra 60 calories I rather stick with their other lines.

I bought this for a camping trip and would definitely eat it again at home. Unlike everyone else, I do not taste an aftertaste or artificial taste with these. I also used less water than called for so mine isn't mushy when I mix it up. All of the regular-sugar instant oats are mushy IMO, so this product is no better or worse on that score. But zero sugar is wonderful I hate the standard instant oats because you might as well be eating cookies for breakfast. I DO wish this company would ditch the artificial sweeteners and opt for something like stevia. Yes, I do like these but still prefer my home-cooked steel-cut oats or old fashioned oats, but in a pinch these are A-OK.

I've tried many varieties of the the Better Oats oatmeal, and up until this point, most have been exceptional. I had high expectations for the cinnamon roll flavor, but this product is truly terrible. It has a chemical flavor that is not just bad, but overpowering, and no texture to speak of.
