Having a new found love of spring rolls I thought these were a great buy and pkg'd to share with friends and family. They turned out really well!I read somewhere you can fry them. My grandkids like the texture better fried.. as in egg rolls. When I tried to fry one in olive oil it fell apart. I ate it anyway, like a salad with peanut sauce!
