So, why is any of this stuff significant? 1. The ancient grains caters to the crowd that believes modern wheat is BAD for you. (Look up the book "Wheat Belly" if you want to read about this.) 2. "free of refined sugar" means the product uses coconut sugar, which is supposed to be healthier than agave (commercially produced like corn syrup, except from the agave plant) and regular sugar... well... it supposedly just makes you fat and addicted. 3. "good for you fats" = coconut oil, which is supposed to have its own benefits (think how olive oil is considered healthy... can't really put olive oil in granola, but coconut works nicely... this is a gross simplification, obviously).
This product works if you're looking for exactly these things... or want to go learn about the various claims and then try it out. Overall, I think it tastes great for granola AND has nutritional rationales for their ingredients.
I really enjoy this granola. Not only is it satisfying and delicious but it is healthy! Can't ask for better than that!

I like how healthy the product is. Yet, the natural flavors of the pecan and cranberry are lost under the heavy cinnamon flavor. The cinnamon drowns it.

The title pretty much sums it up. :) Not too sweet, and just absolutely delicious. Every time I have a different cereal, I wish I was eating this instead. I don't even know why I bother with the other kinds now that I've found this stuff...and it's good for you, too!
