For those who are curious, here is a breakdown of the nutritional content, as well as ingredients:
Serving Size: 1/3 cup (29g)
Servings Per Package: About 11
Calories: 120
Calories from Fat: 30
Total Fat: 3g (5%)
Saturated: 0g
Trans Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium: 20mg (1%)
Total Carb.: 22g (7%)
Dietary Fiber: 5g (20%)
Sugars: 5g
Protein: 3g
INGREDIENTS:
Whole grains (gluten free oats, brown rice, gluten free oat flour, buckwheat, amaranth, millet, quinoa), evaporated cane juice, flax seeds, chicory root fiber, canola oil, vanilla extract, molasses, blueberry puree, apple puree, plum puree, apple juice, glycerine, sea salt, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), citrus fiber, citrus pectin.
The blueberry flavor is, perhaps, a little too subtle, getting lost in the mix of the grains, but it does make its presence known. The variety of grains included is more robust than many other brand I have tried, especially the inclusion of quinoa. So there is a little something to please everyone.
So, for those seeking a delicious, healthy granola blend, I highly recommend Kind Vanilla Blueberry Clusters. For my money, it may be the best grain blend on the market! Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I couldn't honestly care less about flax seeds and all the other mumbo jumbo on the packaging. I guess I can just trust that it's all good stuff. With a brand name like "Kind" it's a leap of faith I'm willing to take. What I do know, however, is this stuff is tasty.
The smell from the bag is earthy, with a little cinnamon, a little oat. It reminded me of family drives as a kid when we used to roll down the windows while passing the Quaker Oats factory in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Very inviting.
Smell is not sufficient, so I had to eat this bag of goodies. VERY impressed. One thing I hate about a lot of granola (oat clusters) is that it's crumbled too much. You end up with thousands of tiny chunks. This is not true with the Kind brand. There are big and small chunks, with the right texture and crunch. Added to that is a simply delicious flavor; it's like health-food candy. Each bite is like cheating a diet. Delicious cinnamon flavoring without being overpowering. I highly recommend it in milk as a healthy alternative to sugary cereals, or in handfuls while hiking through multi-colored forest landscapes that pleasantly make time disappear.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I love this granola. It is packed with health benefits (omega-3s, fiber, and more vitamins than Bear Naked Fruit and Nut, my go to granola). There is a variety of interesting and tasty grains. The cinnamon flavor is perfect without being too sweet.I sprinkled this on yogurt, pancakes with syrup (just to change the texture, it was delicious!), and ate it by the handfuls. Every new combination I tried was a delicious treat.
I truly enjoy this product.
My one complaint is that it is more expensive than Bear Naked, and there is no subscribe and save buying option (yet).

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The cinnamon oats clusters provide a nice, crunchy taste, and the cinnamon flavor adds an extra punch to it. I added this mix to my cereal, and it is very tasty. This mix is also good as a snack on its own. The zip lock bag is also very convenient for keeping close by when traveling or an at-work snack. I recommend this mix for anyone seeking a healthy snack with lots of good flavor.Want Kind Healthy Grains Clusters, 11 Ounce Bag (Pack of 3) Discount?
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Because I'm a vegetarian it's a little tricky getting those highly touted omega-3s in my diet so I'm always happy to find food source that does the job. This tasty granola contains flax seeds (hence the omega-3s) and a veritable cornucopia of whole grains including amaranth, quinoa, oats, millet, brown rice and buckwheat, but no wheat so it's gluten-free. It's sweet, but not too sweet. It does have evaporated cane juice and molasses, but a one third cup serving only has 6 grams of sugar. That same serving size has 5 grams of fiber, 3 grams of protein, 130 calories and only 3.5 grams of fat and 20 mg of sodium so unless you overdo it, and because it is delicious that's possible, it's a guilt-free food. It's great straight out of the bag, or with milk or (my favorite) yogurt. There are several other flavors and they all sound good so I know I'll be checking them out too. Since there's no honey or dairy I believe this would be good for vegans.Ozery Bakery Morning Rounds Muesli Pita Bread, 12.7 Ounce - 6 per pack -- 6 packs per case.

Buy Ozery Bakery Morning Rounds Muesli Pita Bread, 12.7 Ounce - 6 per pack -- 6 packs per case. Now
These are sooo good. I have not been able to find these locally, so I love being able to buy the case of them and freeze the packages (IIRC there are 6 individual "rounds" in each 12.7 oz package). If you have ever had Starbuck's Protein Bistro Box, you'll recognize that these are exactly the same as the little muesli round in the bistro box. I suspect that Ozery makes those for Starbucks, but of course I don't know for sure. These of course are quite a bit bigger, but they taste exactly the same. Even though I usually like sweet stuff, I don't tolerate the normal sugar-loaded breakfast foods very well. These have just the right amount of sweetness and with 5 grams of protein, and only 6 grams of sugar, they are just right. Lightly toast, add some nut butter (Justin's Maple Almond Butter is awesome on these), and you have what I consider the perfect breakfast food.I picked up two packs of this while at Sprout's in Colorado. I have thoroughly enjoyed them! Unfortunately, the nearest Sprout's is at least 3 hours from me now. I'm happy to find them on Amazon.com but they are very expensive. If you want to buy online you can go directly to ozery.com.Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereal Organic Gluten Free -- 10 oz Each / Pack of 2

You can get a better price at Target or Walmart....$4.14 for a box of four = Approximately $1.04 a bar. One drawback to Target and Walmart though is they are frequently out of stock due to being so popular.I've been hooked on these since the first time I tried one. They are nice and chewy, with a great touch of chocolate. Plus, they pack 8g of protein and 5g of fiber with only 3g of fat! Pretty hard to beat for keeping you full, yet satisfied. The price is comparable to store pricebut I've looked a lot of places and this variety is hard to find.

Very tasty and travels well even in the heat. Box is always messed up but bars are fineRead Best Reviews of Kashi GoLean Crunchy Protein and Fiber Bar Here
I am a bigger fan of other Kashi Crunchy flavors but this is a close second. If you are looking for more of a pretzel flavor, you won't find it here ... the pretzel is def in the bars but it is in a rather minimal way.I replaced breakfast and lunch with Kashi bars and lost 8 stubborn pounds in under 3 weeks. And they taste great and the fiber and protein make them stick no hunger! Buy now, thank me later ;-)

My baby loves it! It is absolutely delicious and the whole family eats it from time to time. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Amazon. This one has 14 grams of sugar per 55g serving. Our 10 month old turns her nose up at the Nestum with Honey but goes crazy for the Nestle Nestum, Wheat, Rice and Corn Cereal, which has 6 grams of sugar per 55g serving. We highly recommend that one, we re-ordered 3 cases!

I ordered this after reading reviews on it from amazon and i tried it before giving it to my 6 month old son and he absolutely loves it. I put it in his bottle at night and he loves the taste and always wants more. I recommend this product for babies that like to have different taste and texture in their dietRead Best Reviews of Nestle Nestum Cereal, Wheat and Honey, 10.5-Ounce Container (Pack of 6) Here
Great tasting though I prefer the 3 cereals. Not as thick as 3 cereals, so it is good when you want that consistency.Want Nestle Nestum Cereal, Wheat and Honey, 10.5-Ounce Container (Pack of 6) Discount?
I bought this for my 10-month old daughter after trying rice cereal (she hated it!) and giving up a few months back. She instantly loved it. It is a bit sweet but you can adjust how much milk/liquid you mix it with. It was $4.49 at my local supermarket so 6 for $15 on Amazon is definitely a steal!
