I've been hooked on these since the first time I tried one. They are nice and chewy, with a great touch of chocolate. Plus, they pack 8g of protein and 5g of fiber with only 3g of fat! Pretty hard to beat for keeping you full, yet satisfied. The price is comparable to store pricebut I've looked a lot of places and this variety is hard to find.

I am a bigger fan of other Kashi Crunchy flavors but this is a close second.

If you are looking for more of a pretzel flavor, you won't find it here ... the pretzel is def in the bars but it is in a rather minimal way.
