This is far and away the best dessert I've eaten since being diagnosed with celiac disease. Tastes just like my mom's homemade pound cake with wheat flour...unbelievably good!

I made this cake in mini loaf pans and froze them individually for later. So good! Lighter than my usual (gluten) pound cake, but very yummy!

Yes, this cake is a bit expensive, but it is delicious! I made it in a bundt pan and I did not have cooking spray so I used butter on the pan. The crust on the outside of the cake was sooo good, crunchy, and a little sweet. The texture of the cake was perfect. I followed the recipe exactly with exeception of using butter instead of oil on the pan.
