This instant hot cereal is very good. It's cinnamony, and has small bits of dried apples, which could have been more tender, but they were okay. The only problem is that two packets for breakfast are not very filling. But other than that, this instant cereal is very tasty. Glad to be able to find a gluten free instant hot cereal.
