I usually reach for the not so healthy snack at night, but this is sweet and healthy if eaten in moderation. You may find yourself wanting to eat more than a serving. It does not need to be refridgerated which allows me to keep it in the bedroom. I gave it 4 stars because with a product like this you are bound to get a few pieces of fruit that's less than perfect which is OK. Try it. I"m sure you'll like it.

These are well done dried fruits and nothing wrong with them. However, I didn't give it a 5-star because about the same time I ordered these, I simultaneously raided the bulk foods section of my local grocery store and put together a dried mix that I liked a lot better.
