Not only do I love the nutty flavor of this product but it just enhances virtually anything I eat it with. And it keeps me full longer. Super product.
I didn't know what to expect from this seed, flavor-wise. But it is soft and tastes wonderful, like a milder sunflower seed. I ate them the way they arrived. But these seeds would also taste great on salad or yogurt. I will be looking to buy this in larger amounts. I need the protein and other vitamins provided by this seed. Great snacking alternative as well.
