I used to love these Clif bars, until they changed the recipe. Now they're very syrupy and sticky, without all the yummy chunks of toffee that used to make them so good. Disaster!

Shipping wise these arrived promptly. Taste wise, these are my favorite clif bars of all. They have a toffee drizzle on the bar and it helps take away that "horse food" natural flavor that is the signature of Clif bars. Priced right and delivered to my door for free what else could you want?

Like most people, I'm usually on the go and need to take breakfast with me. These are perfect. Although it doesn't appear to be very appetizing, it's a really nice thick consistency that is filling. The peanut toffee combination goes great with coffee or tea in the morning. They also make a good afternoon snack and are convenient to keep around. In terms an energy boost, don't expect them to be equivalent to Red Bull, coffee or your stimulant of choice, but there is noticeable difference from an empty stomach. All in all, these are great and worth a buy.

These used to be very very good but they changed the recipe.

Now they are gooey, bitter, and don't seem to have any peanuts in them.

Previously they had a great toffee flavor and big chunks of peanuts.

This is a real shame.

I can no longer recommend this flavor but I do recommend the chocolate and the cherry almond clif bars.

i did not like this flavor, thought i would love it as i am a coffee drinker. however, it had a strange after taste. also found that i was able to buy them locally much cheaper, so that was irritating.
