I must confess, this fig spread is one of the most delightful things I have ever eaten. I am not normally a big fan of fig, but fig and goat cheese is such a perfect combination. The spread is light, airy and has just enough sweetness. I open this small container and the next thing I know, I'm using my finger to get the last little bits of delishousness out. This is my favorite flavor of Belle Chevre's spreads (a close second to Pimento).
