I LOVE THIS STUFF!! I am not really into coffee but I love a hot drink in the morning so cappuccino is perfect for me. I'm also not into the really heavy flavors. The French Vanilla is full bodied but light enough that I don't feel saturated when I drink it. The Grove brand is one of my personal favorites. I love this French Vanilla cappuccino! It is exactly what I was looking for to make in my Keurig. You see, I am NOT a coffee drinker so I am always on the look out for tea or other speacialty drinks to make in my Keurig. This would be similar to the Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha and Chai Latte. This was very different from what I originally expected it to be. That being said, I found this to be probably the best k-cup I have ever had. It is very creamy and has a great hazelnut flavor. I enjoy a cappucino once in a while and I love hazelnut coffee. I expected this to be more of cappucino with a light hazelnut flavor. That was not the case. This is like a creamy coffee/hazelnut flavored hot cocoa without the cocoa. I was expecting something completely different but ended up being pleasantly surprised. This is a great after dinner or mid day pick-me-up and this will now hold a permanent row or two in my revolving k-cup counter top display. If you want a real cappucino, this isn't for you. If you want a great tasting hot liquid sweet snack, get this. I liked this so much, I will be ordering the French vanilla version to give that a try as soon as I complete this review. This coffee is delicious. I would assume it's an instant blend, because the K-Cup is completely empty after usage. The caffeine content is low, so it's a great afternoon coffee that won't keep you up at night. If the price stays at 10 dollars with free shipping, it's a good deal. Once they raise the price though, I'm out of here.

This is our favorite cereal by far. It has a good amount of fiber, but does not have that cardboard-like texture of some other cereals. The flakes don't get soggy and the oatmeal clusters and raisins are very tasty. This is hard to find locally and the few stores that carry it are often sold out. It was amazing to find that I can get it through Amazon, at a better price than we had been paying. I ordered two to qualify for the free shipping, and they arrived earlier than I expected.

When Publix in South Florida stopped selling Post Bran Flakes we were at a loss...the amount of cereals without high sugar content and taste good is limited. We went on Amazon and purchased this product without question. The price of the order was less than Publix, came when it was supposed to and was in perfect condition. I happened upon Total cereal when doing research on how to deal with a post-operative iron deficiency anemia. I was surprised to learn that there aren't many foods that really have lots of iron. Clams, beef liver, and, ta-da, Total cereal are amongst the highest. The first two (called heme iron) are absorbed much better than the Total cereal (non-heme), but let's face it, how much beef liver and clams can you eat? I happen to like the taste (note like, not love), and I eat it every morning and look forward to breakfast. I'm realistic -it's a whole grain cereal without any fancy flavor additions so it's really likely to be sorta on the dull side. On the other hands, it's a whole lot better than having an upset tummy from iron supplements. I appreciate this price in comparison to the really high price at our local grocery stores.

I was excited to find pumpkin pancake mix online, and promptly ordered this four pack from Village Mixes. For pancakes, they're fine, not too different than your standard Bisquik pancakes. The chocolate chips are present in the perfect quantity, not too few, not too many, and they taste good. However, the mix is really lacking in the pumpkin flavor its advertised as. In fact, if the box didn't have a sticker on it that said pumpkin, I would have figured it was just plain. Also, there is no nutritional information for the pumpkin blend on the box (just for other types, like plain, blueberry, etc.). In all honesty, I will stick with Trader Joe's pumpkin pancake mix from now on. Its cheaper, and actually has pumpkin flavor. If you're looking for just regular pancakes (not pumpkin flavor), go ahead and order this.

Ok, I was pleasantly surprised by the grape. It was the first Walden Farms product that I tasted and am happy to say, I will enjoy this product. Now let me state right now, I dont normally like diet flavors and this one is not perfect but you put this on a pb&j sandwich and you will be happy. Is it exactly like regular grape jelly, no! The consistency is more gelled then regular jelly and the grape flavor is a diety grape flavor. It doesn't spread very well, but I never had much luck with regular grape jelly spreading all that great either. For a person that wants to remove the carbs and the calories, I think this is a fine product indeed. I am taking one star off for how hard it is to spread but overall I think its worth it for those that need to curb the sweet tooth without putting all those sugars into your system. I have also bought a few other walden farms no calorie stuff since trying this grape jelly and have been happy with them as well. For a diabetic, I think these Walden Farms products are well worth it.

My favorite cereal of all time! However, a tragedy has swept through the country. All local stores have ditched the BIG bite for the Bite Size and new mini size. These are the original size, not the size they sell on the shelves that *says* their the original size but are actually bite sized, these are the big ones they made first. Nature's Path Organic Hemp Plus Instant Hot Oatmeal, 8-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)
This oatmeal is extremely filling and has a hearty consistency, impressive for an instant oatmeal, I know.The flavor is somewhat bland, which allows one to be creative with add-ins! (I prefer to add raisins, dried cranberries, and/or cinnamon to mine).
The nutritional information is great, especially the plant derived Omega and added whole flax seeds, but I wish there was less added sugar in it though.
All in all, I am happy this is my breakfast every morning, as I get myself off to a healthy start each day!
I do try to mostly eat plain oatmeal as I am trying to get my sugar intake down as much as possible. No more sugary-sweet breakfast bars for me! Since I can't stand plain yogurt but i think oatmeal tastes fine without all the added sugar, this is one area in which I try to eliminate it. Plus I like to add a handful of freeze dried blueberries & strawberries into my oatmeal so that adds a few grams of sugar right there. However, this is a nice option to have for those days when I am craving something a little different. The sugar content, at 6 grams, is a few grams less than most flavored oatmeal which seem to come in around 9-11grams so I will allow it into the rotation once in a while.
I do suggest taking the time to chew this very well since there are whole seeds in it, something that I failed to notice until I prepared the first packet. I may have passed on this flavor as I did the flax plus flavor had i noticed this at the store, because your body cannot process whole flax seeds. So take care to chew those little suckers up good else they pass straight thru your system and you miss out on their wonderful health benefits. I actually have a bag of ground flax seed that is in a re-sealable package that i keep stored in the fridge, it keeps fresh for several months and it's easy to add a spoonful of this into your oatmeal or cereal.
