I have been eating gluten free for almost a year now for health reasons and was looking to expand my diet and discovered these cookies when they were served to me on a tray with food while I was in the hospital. When I got home I found them on Amazon and have been ordering them regularly ever since. My family likes them too and they do not eat only gluten free. My favorites are the chocolate chip, the oatmeal and the cinnamon. You can order a mixed pack (the sugar cookies are tolerable) or the chocolate chip cookies in a box by themselves. They come in individual bags in the box and are also offered in a big box all together.The cookies were developed and manufactured by a doctor who is the mother of children with severe allergies, couldn't find great tasting cookies for them so developed them herself. So they are doctor developed and mom approved.
