I have never really liked the taste or texture of oatmeal so for years avoided it. Over the past year, I got the health bug and tried about 5 different varieties of oatmeals didn't like any of them until I came across this one, Nature's Path Organic, which is absolutely the best. I eat it every morning, sometimes also as a snack, and add a few blueberries to it. This oatmeal is awesome, try it, you will not be disappointed.

This tastes great and is easy to prepare. I am not usually one for instant oatmeal, but this cereal is different. I make it with milk instead of water, and, even my husband, who is a fussy eater, loves it. No sugar is needed to be added.

Purchasing it at Amazon was easy and saved money over purchasing individual boxes in the supermarket.

This caught my eye at the grocery store because of the flax seed ingredient. I was shocked that it tasted better then I expected. It's the best oatmeal I've found and a new favorite in the house.

My daughter and I love this organic and healthy oatmeal. I do agree with other reviewers that the flax seeds should be ground rather than whole, but we just add some to our bowl... It tastes terrific with a bit of honey or sugar, and some fruit. No aftertaste. Consistent flavor.
