I read an interesting fiction who-dun-it book and all they talked about was tea! I'm thinking, "What the heck, I never knew that there was so much to tea. Thus, I began my quest to learn about and discover different teas & even researching the history of tea. There's lots to learn :)My search began with black teas on AMAZON.com. My first purchase was four different teas by Taylor & Harrogate est 1886, I believe. I got the Yorshire Gold, Assam, Scottish Breakfast tea and Lapsang Souchong.

I have this scheduled to be delivered through Amazon every few months as I get the big box. I love this tea's robust flavor because it has to stand up to my cream and sugar. I honestly think of this tea as "comfort food" I drink it through out the day. My only complaint I wished they made an organic version because I would get organic coffee if I drank it. Who knew that tea could taste so much better than Lipton?! This is a wonderful tea, full deep flavor. Very satisfying.
