Yes, it's expensive, but I am very anxious about stuffing so I am a little tentative to make my own, plus toasting or setting out bread so it has that harder texture is a pain, and who needs more work when you are already making a gigantic meal. The boxes are small, so if you want to ensure leftovers or are cooking for a larger group, I usually toast up some Udi's to stretch it out, add some Aidell's gluten free sausage (I used the garlic and herb, but I bet the apple would be good in this, too), some celery and onion, chicken stock, and Bell's seasoning, and it is so tasty. My dad asked for some leftovers to take home and he did not even realize it was gluten free.

Yes, it was expensive, but worth every cent. The package did look small, but that was deceiving. When prepared, it expanded. Added sauted onion and celery. Didn't need anything else. Would definitely buy again!

Being Gluten Free can make for some difficult choices..However this stuffing is so good its the one I use for all my family members. I like the savory flavor. It is easily accessible through amazon instead of running around to find at a retailer store
