This product is great. My doctor recommended rice bran as a good and natural fiber supplement to my diet, and this was one of the products I tested. I got an order of 8 bags at one time I kept them in the fridge and they lasted a long, long time. The rice bran tasted clean and organic. I was very pleased with how this helped my overall health and I will not stop using this stuff for a long time to come.
